Lazaren places a hand against the glass, looking at the other ships. 

Upon seeing the vastness of space Garagas remarks to himself, "Joyfully to the breeze royal Odysseus spread his sail, and with his rudder skillfully he steered." He begins taking a look at the battlemap. Is it plain empty space? Are there obstacles? And what would he know about the capabilities of these cruisers?

 Yes, the battle map has no obstacles on it. yet. You don't know a lot about these huge military cruisers, as they are generally kept secretively. But you do know some stuff. They can be up to 3 miles long, and seeing as the one you're in now is your flag ship, you guess it's at least that. They can take a little while to gain speed, but once they do they can travel at up to 100,000 miles per hour.  

"You have an hour to discuss, and then I will be back. Once I return we will have an election to select the leaders of this fleet. You can work together or work alone. Be ready."  Fincher then leaves, leaving only all of the Lancers and the pilots on the bridge.

Lazaren looks at those he has grown at least a little close to (Garagas, Quinn, people like that). "I think it'd be best if we stick with each other throughout this. What do you think, though?" 

He also tries to talk with the pilots a bit.

 "Well, you look like you can fight, Garagas completely manipulated Antonia, so I reckon he can talk, and I can run. We'll make a good team." She smiles. 

The pilots don't talk. They seem almost incapable of speech.

He pauses, "And with fifty lancers for ten ships, a team of five seems the perfect size to take command of one of these cruisers."

 "I'm willing to let her work with us, but it is probably safe to keep a close watch on her. And, um... I guess on everything, but that should be implied." 

Multiple low draft golds and a few high drafts see you three banding together, and come over. Amongst the high drafts are Roque, and two gold's you haven't met before. One is a lean boy who has a smile like the devil and the other is a very muscular girl who almost seems older than the rest of you. None of them say anything though, as if waiting for you to ask them to join you instead of asking you if they can join and risking being declined. Antonia isn't with them, she's off talking with Cassius and the golds that have banded around him.

"Hello, Roque." says Garagas and then looks at the new golds, "I don't believe I've mad acquaintances with you before." he says. "What brings you to our little corner of the deck?" he asks with a friendly smile.

 "Hello again Garagus." Replies Roque. "I'm interested in what you are doing here with Lazaren and Quinn. Are you planing to opose the command of the Bellona and the Julii on this ship?" He gestures over to Cassius and Antonia.

The other two just stare at you, as if making sure your worth their time.
