Famh screams out angrily as the two statues suddenly turn as supple as if they were real hounds and spring upon her friend Thatch ... and who knows who else if they fell him?! Her voice rings with a power beyond her own as she cries,
"De chloich rinneadh sibh, agus ri cloich tillidh sibh!"
At her call and the hurling gesture she makes with her outstretched hand, a chunk of stone the size of a giant baby's fist leaps out of the rubble strewn about the courtyard and catapults towards the hound that is closest to Thatch and that it can strike without him being in its path.

Catapult; "Choose one object weighing 1 to 5 pounds within range that isn’t being worn or carried. The object flies in a straight line up to 90 feet in a direction you choose before falling to the ground, stopping early if it impacts against a solid surface. If the object would strike a creature, that creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the object strikes the target and stops moving. When the object strikes something, the object and what it strikes each take 3d8 ( 13 ) bludgeoning damage."
... and a unicorn suddenly appears, close enough to Famh for her to reach out and touch it, which she tremblingly does! Cainneach is secretly pleased to see that the unicorn does not, at least at first, have any objections to her touch. But then ...
Fergus squints in anger as he sees Thatch in danger and he eyes start to glow. As his tongue splits, he calls put in a voice not his own to the nearest hound "SIT"

(Assuming independent Initiative for Salt ...)
As Salt completes another circuit through and around Cainneach's legs, his grey muzzle points toward the staircase and the hound stops abruptly. Cainneach can feel the hairs raise on his faithful companion's back and the low growl that had been constantly emanating from Salt now crescendoes into a series of sharp barks. Cainneach's attention is drawn to the door at the top of the staircase, where, in horror, he sees the two canine statues come to life next to an unsuspecting Thatch. In the next instant, Salt explodes forward, bounding up the stairs in a few long leaps, and launches his lean body into the statue on the left. Cainneach's instinctive response it to call the hound back, but the cry catches in his throat, as he knows it's too late to check Salt's flight into danger.
Bite - attack vs. Statue Dog: 17, damage (piercing): 9 (w/Advantage from Pack Tactics, target must succeed on a DC 11 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone)
(Oof, apparently Salt's teeth don't do much good against the stone. For backstory, Salt both likes Thatch - nice pat before heading up the stairs - and is not terribly fond of other dogs.)
Did Cainneach really just see a unicorn appear out of nowhere? He shakes his head and rubs his eyes, but sure enough, it's still there ... and Famh is petting it? That has to be a good omen for this battle, right?

With a gesture from Famh a huge chunk of masonry smashes into one of the animated statues, cracking it badly, just as it rights itself Salt crashes into it knocking it from the stairs to shatter on the stones below.

Ori will run up to try and stand next to Thatch, if not over him. Seeing the one actually sit when told, Ori swings his spiked greatclub down on the one that fell.
Attack: 16 Damage: 6 bludgeoning plus 2 piercing damage

(I think the one that fell is dead, so Cainneach will focus on the one at the top of the stairs that is sitting, per Fergus' Command. I'm going to roll Attack w/Advantage given that it's stationary, but take the first roll if that's not appropriate.)
Cainneach's shock at encountering an apparently real unicorn is abruptly ended by the crash of the first statuesque beast into the floor near where they stood. Salt stands proudly at the top of the stairs, his efforts in concert with Famh's magic responsible for the creature's demise. In fact, Salt hears Fergus' arcane command, then turns to see the other statue sitting obediently, and elects to do the same. Two very different hounds, two very similar poses.
Cainneach runs after Ori up the stairs, wishing to protect both Thatch and Salt and hoping to match Famh and Salt in their heroic deeds. (Best of luck with that ...)
Shortsword +1 - attack vs. Moon Dog 2: 16, damage (piercing): 10
Bonus Action - Two Weapon Fighting Dagger - attack vs. Moon Dog 2: 10, damage (piercing): 1
Thatch is focused on the doorway when the stone statues spring to life. In the blink of an eye, a chunk of rock whizzes by his head and Salt moves past him in a blur, both knocking one of the statues down. Thatch spins and faces the second stone dog that is.. just sitting there? He joins in with Ori's and Cainneach's attacks and draws his gladius. He brings it down on the creature, hoping the blade will carve through the stone.
Ori smashes into the sitting statue as Cainneach drives his blades into the crack made by Oris weapon, Thatch tries to follow suit but his blade skitters off the smooth stone.
Almeric steps up to defend Thatch, but trips on the rubble created by the exploding Moon Dog. Stumbling to regain his footing, Almeric swings wildly and misses the second living statue. Beathing in, he steadies himself to protect Thatch if the Dog attacks him!
