Khessa, finally free from the flames, checks for a moment the burns reported...
...Burns which are fortunately quite marginal! The blonde arcane warrior is practically healthy!
'Thank goodness the armor helped smother the flames even when the flammable liquid ran underneath...' the blue eyed woman thinks 'So now I can dedicate myself... to teaching this suicidal duergar proper manners!'
The tall adventuress brandishes her maul, approaches the surviving enemy and says to him: "I don't know if your people greet like this... but where I come from, spitting on someone is a sign of great rudeness... and is usually reciprocated like this!"
As she said the last word, Khessa brought the heavy maul down on her opponent's head, trying to knock him out.
(OOC: I wish to apply this rule of the Player's Handbook:
Knocking a Creature Out Sometimes an attacker wants to incapacitate a foe, rather than deal a killing blow. When an attacker reduces a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack, the attacker can knock the creature out. The attacker can make this choice the instant the damage is dealt. The creature falls unconscious and is stable.
Khessa's attack only rattles the duergar a fair bit, but between Eldeth and Katryl he is put down. (were you also trying to only knock him out?)
Regardless, while the fighting is over, the mist has caught up to the group by now, so I will need everyone to make a CON save against disease, DC 15. No "because I saw it coming" advantage, but if you have resistance or immunity to disease that's good.
On a failure you become diseased until the next long rest. All stats are lowered by 1. The condition can end with a long rest, or through lesser restoration or similar.
Khessa coughs because of the noxious vapors and tries to go away (even out of the room, if needed, until them dissipates). She brings the downed duergar with her and binds him with her rope, hands and feet, for now.
"I want to be sure he does not go away..." she explains, while still coughing every now and then "He must have so many interesting tales to tell... Plus, he might even help us to lay an ambush for Droki. And I can't wait to discover what we can find in this secret laboratory, as soon as this cursed vapors are no more!"
As soon as the noxious mist is no more, Khessa, carrying the prisoner on the shoulder while waiting for him to wake up, goes back to the Alchemist's room: "Come on, folks! Let's see what we can find!"
The blonde arcane warrior starts by checking the bodies (and the prisoner) then she searches the room. Looking for either things of value or clues about what is going on or what Droki might have done here.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The noble drow watches as the sickening mist evaporates, then nodding and following the blonde arcane warrior back into the duergar alchemist laboratory first, then the cavern from where the cloud came, checking around for anything interesting, Darkwing meanwhile ready to message him as soon as the unconcious duergar seems to come to again.

(oh well...)
The duergar spits at Ebzer and only gets more angry.
Khessa up.

Thanks to Second Wind she heals 9 HP.

Even though the mist manages to catch you, it eventually evaporates after about another 10 minutes or so.
(Did Katryl and Eldeth try to knock out too or kill?)
(Sorry, yes, they were trying to knock out the target.)
