Muck smiles as he once again feels the deck of a spelljammer below him, then he starts to get to work. First he moves to the defenses and makes sure they are loaded and ready to go, then will mover about the ship stowing anything that needs to be stowed and prepares to cat off the lines ready to set sail, looking forward this adventure, with only a hitn of trepidation of what else lies out there, but thankful this is just all an illusion no matter how real it feels.
Then with a reassuring appendage on Beshlog, he turns to Warren, "Orders captain?"
The dragonborn give much a wry grin then shouts, "EVERYONE TO YOUR STATIONS! BE ON HIGH ALERT!" Then he looks to the teams nominated spelljammer, she clearly knows what her job is, that's good. Then he looks back at his crew, "Beshlog, I want you stationed near Mirelda, You're main task is to protect her. Without our spelljammer, we are sitting ducks. If you fail at this task, leaving Mirelda unable to pilot the ship, you will be the next spelljammer. Everyone else, PROTECT THE SHIP AT ALL COST!"
"Yes sir," the giant says with a salute. He does his best to hide his wounded ego, but anyone who is paying attention can tell he's not in a chipper mood.
The ship sputters upward then does a sudden drop, shaking the crew a moment before the ship comes back under Mirelda's control. Across from your dock, you see a similar hammerhead start to rise upwards then starts to turn, aligning itself to distant point in the space.
Beshlog ritual-casts Alarm to get his ward up... now he'll know right away if something pops out of the vent/window/door/whatever convenient entryway there is to cast it on which is in plain view of everyone in the room.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
It was both embarrassing and stimulating. Probably this is the way raiders feel when breaking the horse, and this particular horse was of a stubborn kind. Mirelda concentrated and tried again: 16

Muck moves up to the the Forecastle, in front of the catapult, to keep watch. You got this Muck, remember this is just an illusion and I doubt they would throw one of those nightmare creatures at us so early....would they, I hope they don't as I am not sure I am prepared to deal with that again,he think silently to himself as he scans the horizon for any signs of a threat.
Despite the elevation, Mirelda could not see the ship from her chair nor did she need it. She felt the whole floating wonder as her body - a familiar (now) feeling she enjoyed but tried to suppress the fun part. Right now she had to concentrate on the course.

"Captain, this is where I intend to go. Any corrections?" Mirelda sent the message to Warren before actually moving the ship.
The ship starts to move forward and quickly accelerates. After a minute or so in this simulated state, the ship returns to its normal flying speed. A school of giant space eels swims past the ship, and each eel discharges a bolt of lightning as it zips by. The ship is caught in the eels’ electrical storm, which starts one or more fires on the deck.
