Perception 7 Yet again Arya moves forward looking for traps, and not finding it until she walks into the glyph of warding. Save 18 and manages to avoid setting it of. “Found it!”
Fah'lin, not wanting his warn out and injured allies (or himself) to risk trying to pass, asks everyone to get some distance. He'll tie a loop in the crowbar-grappling hook, and and cut off the excess. He'll mage hand it up to the landing, where, if he can reach, he'll hook it to the doorway.
He then heads back and gets a body from under the stone in the last room. Tie the rope to the body, feed the rope through the loop, and drag the body up the stairs through the glyph via the makeshift pulley.
If none of that sets off the trap he'll offer Arya ten gold for the life of her bird...

Thankfully (for Fah'lin) he doesn't need to make the suggestion to Arya that the life of her best friend is worth 10gp. There is no doorway (I never said anything about a door) but there is a railing running up with the stairs so you can use that for your pulley system. When the body enters the glyphed area a secret panel at the top of the stairs opens and a large stone dragon comes out and breaths steam down the stairs.
(She knows how much she spent on Its last last life.)
Fah'lin ducks out of the room with the others.
Okay I think you're confused. You are in a stairwell running up
T is where the glyph is and X is where you are standing. The stone dragon comes out of the room behind the secret door and blocks the path to the east. When the dragon breaths it covers the trapped area of the stairs. After breathing it did not go back to the hidden room.
(I'm not sure what the confusion is, apart from calling the stairwell a room, and calling the space where the landing opens to the east a doorway.)
Fah'lin asks Thar and Arya if they think the trap's done, before investigating the dragon, and looking for a way past it into the next hall... Possibly even into the room the dragon came out of.

Aeliarin still has the detect magic running andcan see tthe glyph is still there.
(In the image the dragon appears to be on a wheeled cart.)
Fah'lin tries to hook the statue and pull it down the stairs (assuming he can escape at the bottom without being crushed by the thing.)
Well that idea hadn’t occurred to me. A combined STR check of 50 will pull the stone dragon down the stairs. You will need a DEX save of 12 to avoid being squished. The two people closest to the dragon make normal save, those further down the steps get advantage. Arya volunteers to be one of the nearest two.
"Careful, the last stair case was trapped..."

"Excelent work. How'd you manage to spot that?"

"Can we disable it or... Dispel it? Or are we going to have to trip it?"

Thar will consider the matter for a moment. Arcana: 22 and thinks the answer is?
What can we see beyond the trap?

(It's probably not a great plan if we're all going to stand in the way. If everyone wants to roll with it, str: 8. Otherwise anyone else have a plan?)
