While he’s making a show of stretching and getting ready, his invisible familiar is flitting ahead through the gauntlet, quickly examining each stage to see what’s in store. Onizos is observing what the familiar can see while it does this, though that only works to a distance of 100 feet so if the gauntlet is longer than that then the familiar will have to quickly return and whisper in his ear what it saw.
Igreis and Baetrix, since there seemed to be a bit of friendly competition in the suggestion to run the gauntlet, do either of you insist on going ahead of Onizos?
Baetrix will glide through the crowd as best she can and present 6 silver coins to the aaracokra, pointing between herself and Igreis. Then - with a skeptical look at Onizos - she will offer to pay for him, Gan, and Yabo, if they want to try.
Onizos seems a bit distracted at first when Baetrix offers to pay his way, but he snaps out of it and graciously thanks her and accepts her kind offer to pay for his entry.
Seeing Yabo copy him, he will go into some moderately difficult yoga poses, such as standing on one leg while raising the other straight up into the air, essentially parallel to his trunk.
Igreis will shift through the crowd as well, moving to stand next to Beatrix with a calm expression on his face. "Since you have paid I feel that it is only fair for you to choose who goes first."
"Follow me if you can, soldier," she says with a competitive smile.
Baetrix will pay the aaracokra 15sp and point to the others. Then she will cinch her belts tight and (with whatever knowledge she gained from Onizos) prepare to run the gauntlet.
Baetrix, Onizos relays to you that the course appears to be broken up into three sections with resting points in-between but not much else. After taking your coin he gestures for you to climb the stairs. He then turns and throws a large wooden lever behind him allowing a large pallet of stones to slowly start descending. Ropes snap taught and wood groans as the gears of the machine are activated by the falling weight. At the top of the stairs you are faced with your first obstacle. Two spinning poles swing paddles across your path at different levels and from either direction. The floor of this section teeters back and forth making avoiding the paddles that much trickier.
How do you approach it? Make an Athletics or Acrobatics check as appropriate
Baetrix watches the paddles just a moment before leaping forward. She will attempt to dive through an opening, roll, and stand back up on the other side.
Gan's not sure what he's gotten himself dragged into with the gauntlet, but as he watches it for a moment it looks to have a lot in common with the back alleys he grew up in. Someone was always trying to grab at you or slice your head off. Granted they had usually just been robbed. Success depended on not hesitating and moving at full speed.
Watching the pole swinging around, he realizes that he might be small enough to just grab on to one of them and let it carry him through that stage.
But he decides to go last. As each of the party start their move through the paddles, Gan taps them on the shoulder, a spark of electricity leaping out, giving them a bit of guidance to help them through.
Once the last of the group has gone, he does the same for himself.
((Actually, it's probably a good idea to have everyone role for each section at the same time, so we don't repeat it for everyone. We'll roll together but it seems like the in world order will be Baetrix, Igreis, Onizos, Yabo, Gan))
The aaracokra eyes you nervously, worried about the implications of your question. "You just have to get from one end to the other. If you get knocked off and your feet hit the ground, you lose"

((This seems more agility than brawn? Yabo's still down to try, but will let someone else go first.))

"Sure!"
Yabo stands behind Oni and copies his stretching moves.

Onizos would like to pass on whatever insights he learned from his familiar to Igreis and Baetrix as they appear to be going first.

Yabo asks the guy running it if there are any rules.
Response may change flavor of his approach, but it's Athletics for Yabo: 18
