Just as she reaches level with the orc, she unfortunately lets her head dip below the water and she gets sucked backwards.
As Onizos mutters to himself, a shimmering haze forms north of Omo. The image of the goblin and the dock refract through the haze, looking to onlookers almost like a strange heat mirage, but from the water it may confuse swimmers.
((Yep, if there isn't a spot for him to lurk under the dock, he'd stay submerged and looking upward waiting for someone to be heading back with the spear.))

The goblin continues forward under control for another 15ft.
Ayo returns the favor, blocking out the orc. He'll move 10ft closer and ready an action to try to steal the spear from Ayo when she passes him on the way back.
She swims up to the stump and uses an action to wrench the spear free. She then uses the remainder of her movement to circle wide of the waiting orc.
Gan, with your passive perception you notice the water start to churn more than expected in two places around the swimmers. As you look closer, a large gray dorsal fin with a black horizontal stripe slices out of the water.
Yabo, you also notice, but due to your underwater position, you are only able to see the western one. (Onizos also warned you about possible fake monsters)
She successfully rips the spear from Ayo's grip and pulls away towards the dock.
Onizos, I think the investigation for illusions and conveying the info to Yabo would be your action, but you can move if you want. Anyone is free to enter the water if they want but will have to make checks if they dash.
After Onizos, the order will go
Yabo Red Shark Goblin Orc Igreis Ayo Gan Baetrix Human Onizos Yellow Shark

“River sharks, what are you talking about?”
Gan points out into the water where the fins are breaking the surface.

If Onizos can see this he will mutter under his breath, “Did somebody steal my idea?”
Can he examine to try to determine if they’re illusion?
Yes, once Gan points them out you can see them. You can make an Investigation roll to attempt to detect any illusion

Oni, you don't believe these are illusions
*Meanwhile, Yabo's impressed with the monsters Oni has conjured up, they look pretty convincing!

Onizos hurriedly sends Yabo another telepathic message
Remember what I said about ignoring water monsters? Well, forget it! That’s not my handiwork, so they may be the real deal.
The human woman, not having noticed the sharks, sees Ayo returning with the spear. She swims to meet Ayo and attempts to wrestle the spear from her.
