The eastern (red) shark, having been drawn up from the depths by the commotion, sees the human swim across it's nose and chases after what appears to be an easy meal.
It takes a bite at the human ( Attack: 6 Damage: 10 )
Igreis moves to closer to the water, quickly pulling his longbow from his back and knocking an arrow. Once he stops je takes a breath as he begins to aim towards the shark that has attempted to attack the human woman.

Gan looks to see if he can spot Yabo anywhere. As long as the big tortle doesn't appear to be in any trouble, Gan looks around to see if anyone else might have summoned these sharks, checking the crowd for any wizards or sorcerers or those animal hugging druids, to see if they're interfering in the race.
Perception: 18
He then turns to look at the race to keep an eye on where the spear is. Sharks or not, there's still a race on.
Igreis the arrow hisses through the air before piercing the splashes surrounding the swimmers and striking the shark directly in a gill. It rolls in pain but then stops moving and begins floating lifelessly down the river.
Ayo ignores the shark situation and swims straight for the human. She gets a hand on the spear and yanks
She pulls the spear free and the others, more concerned with the remaining shark, don't attempt to stop her.
Gan you notice the tiniest bubbles just off the dock where Yabo is hiding. As you survey the crowd you don't see any obvious spellcasting. Galsariad is just realizing something is wrong and is pushing through the crowd to try to get a better view. Gan you still have action and movement if you like.

Gan's really not sure whether he needs to do anything here. Yabo looks to be fine sitting underwater, lurking. Maybe the sharks are part of the race and are just obstacles. Though the crowd does seem to be getting worked up about it.
"Well I ain't wasting the old lightning energy if I ain't gots to," Gan says. "But guess, a bit of archery practicization wouldn't hurt none."
Gan pulls his short bow off his back and takes a pot shot at the nearest shark.

Baetrix has been stoically observing the goings on from the shore, lost in her own thoughts. At the cries and color of blood in the water, she raises and sights along her heavy crossbow at the sharks, shifting from Igreis' kill to the farther shark and fires.

((Congrats! You mean having to compete in the festival of merit didn't get you out of any errands??))
The bolt lurches from your crossbow, streams over the water and thunks into the nose of the remaining shark just as it was preparing to dart towards the goblin. Blood stains the water as it thrashes about then grows still and floats with the current.
The human woman looks around relieved and nods to the goblin and orc. She then catches sight of Ayo, seemingly the only one who didn't try to help her, and shouts "Catch her!"
She closes on Ayo and attempts to steal the spear back. Athletics disadvantage: 12
Onizos was prepared to attack one of the sharks, but now seeing the job done, he hesitates for a moment, wondering what the right thing to do is. He messages Yabo again,
Illusionary monsters are back on the menu!
Then he casts silent image to make a larger version of one of the now-dead sharks, between Yabo and the other contestants, facing away from Yabo towards the contestants, jaws gaping wide.
((Message and silent image are both actions, but if Oni doesn't warn him, seeing it suddenly appear and not be facing him would probably be enough for Yabo to not be too concerned, even if he doesn't know Oni is the cause. Either way, he'll hold position to see how other contestants handle the shark, and ready a grab if one comes within range.))
