Thea attempts to mix things up, trying a Psychic Blast instead. The statue seems unfazed. (It appears to be immune to psychic damage, as there isn't anything mental there to target)
Ragmin uses his divine fire again to unleash a sacred flame onto the broken statue.
Sacred Flame:2 vs. DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 8 on a failure.
The state seems to step out of the flames before it can get engulfed.

(Just wondering because i've never stumbled upon that, what actions exactly do normal checks use up in combat? Was about to use the circlet of blasting)
(Some constructs, such as iron golem are immune to psychic damage. Don't worry, they're not as difficult as those guys, but it is a fairly common trait between certain families of constructs. Also the check is for something else.)
While the others are busy in the combat with the two statues, Thea realises that there are ten statues behind the other party members which have not activated. Perhaps there is a way to get them to activate as they would theoretically be opposed to the black statues across from them.
OOC: Normally a check takes an action in combat, but of course the DM can override this if they wish and say "give an X check, you still have an action"

(Don't worry, its a dead end that i maneuvered her in at least partply inentionally, and i wanted to reward that by playing out the confusion that Thea feels, although i will gladly examine the offer you made. Other than that, the last post made me notice that psychic blast appears to work without any saves or attack rolls, that is messed up.)
Struck by the sudden realization, Thea carefully distances herself from the fight knowing that she wont be much of a help. Still occasionally eyeing up the hostile statues, she now investigates whether the seemingly friendly versions may also be awakened by any means.

Thea begins to search over one of the white stone statues (for ease, we'll start with the human statue). Upon its side there appears to be a faded inscription.

Fjorgin strikes at the black statue again, causing one of its arms to crumble and fall off. (Statue #1: 41 damage)
Liavyre provides a wide shot to try and dissuade either of the statues from coming around to attack them.

As Thea speaks her words, the two white statues begin to animate. As they do, they hold out a sword and shield each, striding to beside Fjorgin and Ragmin. (We'll refer to them as white and black statues now)
Black Statue #1 turns its attention to the white statue that has began to move. Since it's lost an arm, it only gets one attack. Shortsword vs. White Statue #1:11 vs. AC. Hit:7 bludgeoning damage.
Black Statue #2 seems to split it strike between Fjorgin and the white statue. The statue seems to use its shield to help deflect the blow against Fjorgin. Shortsword vs. Fjorgin:21 vs. AC. Hit:3 bludgeoning damage. Shortsword vs. White Statue #2:21 vs. AC. Hit:3 bludgeoning damage.
White Statue #1 raises its longsword and brings it down on the opposing one-armed statue. Longsword vs. Black Statue #1:9 vs. AC. Hit:4 bludgeoning damage.
White Statue #2 thrusts its blade at the opposing undamaged statue. Longsword vs. Black Statue #2:18 vs. AC. Hit:10 bludgeoning damage.
The first black statue crumbles into a pile on the ground, leaving just the one statue to oppose the party. It looks like the tides have turned more for the party's favour! (Black Statue #1: Defeated, 61 damage.)
