Taban nods and takes a small pouch out of his pocket. Inside are 10 50 gp stones.

Firebrand takes the pouch and bows his head in a gesture of respect to a worthy foe.

"Thank you, good sir; my companion and I will depart now... may the blessing of the gods be with you in future endeavors." 

With that, the Paladin turns to leave, giving a quick wave to the onlookers. It's obvious that the dragonborn enjoys the spotlight a bit, even if he does his best to act humble.

"Well, Uthal, it appears we have accomplished our mission. Let's go speak to Ms. K'lahu and deliver what she is owed."

The crowd is cheering loudly as K'lahu stands near the exit with a smile on her face.

"Here you are, good woman," Firebrand says, handing the pouch to K'lahu with a grin. "Debt paid in full."

K'lahu smiles. "You boys are getting 10% of this."

"You are most generous, madam," Firebrand replies with a smile, gratefully accepting K'lahu's payment. "Uthal, I think our work here is done. We should probably re-unite with the others... and maybe take a few hours to recover from this fight, if you think we can afford the downtime."

"I dont think we were in a rush, at least it didnt feel like it."

"Very good then," Firebrand says with a twinkle in his eye. "Let's stop by the local inn so we can divide our our gold and tend to our wounds. May the gods grant that our companions have been as fortunate as we have today."

(OOC: I would like to take a Short Rest at the local tavern to get back some HP)

"Yes! Lets drink and rest, we have earned it!" Uthal smiles on their way back to the tavern, looking forward to both an ale and the chance for his wounds to heal a bit.

(OOC: I wanted to check in with the other players besides Firebrand and myself and see if everyone is still in this since its been awhile sine their storyline was addressed.)

As you both walk away from the arena Taban runs up to you both. "I was wondering if I may join you warriors wherever you may go. You are mighty brave and I wish to help you."

Firebrand glances at Uthal.

"If my companion doesn't mind, then I am more than willing to let you join us. Though I feel it would be in all of our best interest to discuss our mission over some drinks before you agree to come with us. Drinks are on me today."

Uthal’s eye widen and a huge grin crosses his face. 
“A strong ally and free drinks? The gods truly look upon us today!”

(If nothing else happens, Firebrand is ready to go to the tavern, split the gold 25/25 with Uthal, and buy up to 5 GP worth of drinks... prettys sure 5 GP should have three people covered for the as many drinks as we want).

Once at the tavern Uthal will start to boast and swap stories with Taban over their drinks.

Firebrand will join in the merry story-swapping and drinking.
