(OOC: Mills be like: "Tired? The hell? What are you all a bunch of candy a$$es? Let's git er done!" Problem now is, everybody but Mills failed, well except Drax who has gone MIA. I'll roll for him in a bit. [He rolled a 13, so no level of exhaustion for him.] That means all ability checks are rolled at disadvantage until the group finishes a long rest. So... sneaking back up on the sleeping dragonborn is going to be way more difficult with those sleepy feet trudging around in the middle of the night. All this makes formulating battle plans a bit more intense.)
Way I see it we got 3 options. **YAWN** First sleep and track them one more day. It's a risk but we're well most of us anyways are tired. And Mils should have no issue tracking them now we found em.
Option 2.
We dare I say split up. Lucky draws an X on the dirt then a circle above. We are here. He points to the X. They are here at the camp. He points at the circle. Mils goes around this way bringing him up on the side opposed the watch. I'll come up on on the side with the watch. If I batch it he'll be after me and not Mils. I'll sprint back this way. Where yall are waiting to strike. Actually move a bit closer I've short legs some I'm sure to be caught.
If we get lucky we still might be able to slip in and steal the item and slip out.
Option 3 is something I can't think of. He looks at the others what's option 3?
Zanoth looks at his companions with a tired expression; a long days ride in heavy armour… try wearing steel all day long.. Not that his exhaustion would make much difference in all that mattered in this situation, stealth… at the best of times his armour jingled like a thousand tiny cymbals, but now… he may as well just shout out a marching song to announce his approach.
Mills nods to Lucky. "If it's true that they've evaded tracking by all except magical means,it might be that they have skills or magic to obscure tracks. I'm skilled, but not a miracle worker. I recommend we try for it tonight. I'll be happy to engage an ambush if the theft - er... Treasure reclaimation- goes south."
Lucky: Mmm Gor are you more stealthily as a animal? Could you become whiskers and scout the camp. If the watch see you might just think your a pesky radiant.
How else can we hedge our bets? .. Drax and Zanoth can yall make animal notices to cover our approach?
Any other ideas?
OOC: @tem would you allow the help action to canx the disadvantage)

(OOC: If you're asking if making animal noises would provide Help with Gor being stealthy, I'd have to know how good the animal noises were. In which case I'd actually require a Nature check from those making the noises. Since that's an ability check, Zanoth would be making it at disadvantage. Might be better if Mills and Drax were the ones making the noises, since they wouldn't be at disadvantage to do it. If those Nature rolls hit the target DC I've got in my brain, then, yes, I'd allow that to work as the Help action for Gor trying to be stealthy.)
Gor turns to the group but directs this comment towards Lucky without looking at him "Yes a cat in the middle of the woods in the middle of the night will fool them.....perhaps a more nocturnal creature that's more commonly found in the middle of the woods such as a skunk or a raccoon would be more appropriate"
Zanoth gives Lucky a wry look; ”I eat squirrels, I dont pretend to be them. Just get me as close as you can by helping me navigate the undergrowth that will crunch underfoot, I’ll then be ready to jump in.”
/OOC If we are going to attack, I will cast Armor of Agathys on myself just before-hand, but far enough distance away for them to not hear my spell-casting.
Ooc: I'm so sorry!!! I've had a lot of tests recently and studying has been taking alot of my time... Yay XD Alsp could someone clarify what the party was gonna do?
Drax looks weary, but not nearly as much as the rest of the group. He turns to the others, and pulls them back before they advance.
"Could I add a fourth option? It's risky, but with how many of you are may be our best bet. What if I went in pretending to be on friendly terms? I know how my kind operates, and I may be able to.. persuade them to show me the amulet. Then, when they all fall asleep, I could sneak out with the amulet and rendezvous with you? Or I could... Hit one of them on the head if need be."
Lucky looks at Drax. "The simplest plan usually is the best. I vote that one. If it goes south the rest of us can charge in behind Zanoth and give em the old not so jolly gray giant treatment."
Ooc: Ranger commin in with the natty 20. You must be thinking we all a bunch of chumps
Git good lol

Mills will do his best to create skunk mewling, a sort of soft, wavering cry.

My bad big guy. We all have our roles, I think the Long day had me sliping into the past with the dock side shorties.

Gor nods "I will shift into a nocturnal creature to hang close by without any issue....A raccoon or opossum.....a skunk may cause alarm."
Gor is about to say something but instead writes something down in his journal and nods
