The first NPC falls as arrows and bolts of lightning strike them. He staggers back, and crumples to the ground. The second stumbles, with a quick gasp. He looks behind him, almost as if he is considering running...
btw, I have a house rule (probably should have mentioned) that if you roll a 20 on a death save and you become conscious again, then the death save doesn't take up your action.
Brix suddenly lets out a large gasp. With a groan, he rolls over and weakly attempts to pull himself away from the fray only to fail and fall flat. Another cough rattles forth a bit of spittle laced blood.
(Not his turn just a post for the sake of posting.)
(So Norr killed a warrior, the warrior left hesitated on his turn, and then it would be Dolmek with his DS Nat 1. The only way to prevent that reality, is for antman to enter the quantum — sorry, for Brix to make a medicine check on his turn prior to Dolmek making that roll as his turn comes first, as per DM the 1hp doesn’t consume his action.
Brix coughs and sputters the whole way but he claws his way to Dolmek. He places his tiny gnome hands over a couple bleeding wounds trying to quell the flow of blood.

(Knowing you've a kidney stone helps me understand how you've sold Brix's state so, so well over the last few posts. Dolmek is going to really appreciate just how much you gave to save him.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Unconscious 1 hours. As Dolmek is amazingly saved at the threshold of death, what he thought was Moradins forge hammer transitions back to his own heart beating with a lot less blood.
"Brix!" shouts Norr on seeing the movement. "Fight Leo, fight! It can't end like this."
Just gonna slip my last Death Save in a little ahead of my turn...

That’s all she wrote, I hope the halls of Moradin are clear of snakes.
(But if our last turns killed the two NPCs, Brix, Leo and I could all make medicine checks for you before you would’ve made this roll right?)
True... I’ve got my fingers crossed.
Believe in the heart of the cards, my friend.

It’s all up to you Brix)
Divine intervention manifests as a golden orb, hovering down to Dolmek and
just kidding!
I'll just have the warrior take the dodge action, I guess.
