the lamp casts bright light in a 15 foot radius, and dim light for an extra 30 feet. It burns for 6 hours on one pint of oil.
the lantern is like the lamp but casts bright light in a 30 foot radius, and you can lower the hood reducing the light to dim in a 5 foot radius.
Leo turns to his party "Aye, how good are ye guys at seeing in the dark" (OOC meaning darkvision)
“My master was wild, but in times gone by he was close to those who came to be unseasonable, and instead an element and shadow. It’s why he feels strongly for a new seasonal court rising, and why he invited the former owner of my ring to his coronation. I see in the dark as well as any dwarf or goblin, by necessity.
"Seasonal Court? Master? Coronation? Owner of their ring? What is with ye?????"
"Don't worry about light. I have a trick for that." Says Brix. He produces an acorn from one of his pouches. He takes a vial from a bandolier. He pours a couple drops of green liquid from the vial onto the acorn. The acorn begins to glow.

“I am equally puzzled when you talk of your shack, master Pard. It sounds less grand than a palace, but I find myself at a loss to imagine how you live. Some cosy buttressed fortress perhaps, or perhaps a lodge with hounds for hunting? We all of us have lived such different lives till now, I find it quite delightful.”

Aye, it's not that, it's how supernatural it sounds! Are ye not from this plane or something?

“From this plane? Most certainly I am, though I cannot recall it. It’s why my former master gave me the name I bear, so odd it was for him to have a normal man in his service, in that plane where my service was employed.”
"Aye, I see. We should probably give each other detail on the road there."
“Indeed,” Norr replies, “it’ll be a dull two days on the road if we give away all our sordid little tales now, and, I’m not quite sure mine will be the equal of yours.”
”One true friend across a lifetime suggests a love that is deep, and I am keen to hear more of what inspires such devotion, and so keen a bond. Until then.”
And Norr chases off after Casrian, taking only a moment to sniff and taste a blank spell book.

Leo doesn't buy anything here and will follow the party when they finish, asking them if they can go to the blacksmith (if there is one) to check out any weapons there and to potentially buy more arrows for his bow, as well as the earlier suggested place to get animals and/or a cart.
(Brix is good on inventory. Just need the horse and cart. Can we rent one?)
I bought a mule can’t afford the cart. His name is Rowdy he likes treats you can ride him. It would be nice to get a cart also, I can’t afford that on my own.
"And as for the coins, perhaps not, but I could pull in a favor with both of them and ask them to give you a specific amount free. "
A cart?
Norr returns to where Dolmek is entreating the Scribe, and overhears. He is tucking away some rations in his backpack as he does.
“A cart would be fantastic, if he has the strength to pull us all. I don’t mind walking, but two days without respite is very tedious. Though, I suppose, if no one objects perhaps master Philbin might carry me for some hours, if he is to be on the cart due his stature. I’d have no objections, and I’d owe you a small favor if you agreed (calm down my friend, that was no pun).
”I have found that favors count for little here. Previously, a long career had made me wealthy in that currency, but here, in this land, I find the preference for yellow gold is overriding, and well…” Norr opens a coin purse that is completely empty, with the spend of his two gold he has absolutely nothing left, it seems.
So saying, Norr swings his elaborate lacquered short bow around and takes it in hand, and sits cross legged on the floor. He examines it, then finding some seeming imperfection he twangs the bow string and listens. He nods. He draws a dagger…

My donkey Rowdy can pull the cart, master Philbin can drive, carrot on a stick seems to work. We could all use a break from walking for days at a time. Resplendent Norr if it ever comes down to it I’d be honored to carry you myself.

Norr pauses from where he is chopping at the limb of his short bow at Dolmek’s words. His eyes shine, as his smile reaches his eyes for once. He seems genuinely touched, and after the frantic battle of earlier, the compliment seems to have removed some of the wear from his face and shoulders. He bows his head at Dolmek. “Thank you, good master Silverstone. Thank you.”

2.5gp Rations x5 (he will have 10 Rations due to 5 from thieves pack)
0.2gp Flask of oil x2 (for his hooded lantern)

Casrian considers for a moment before addressing the others.
"I have 18 gold and 6 silver that I am willing to contribute to the needs of this venture. We could outright buy a cart, though I would prefer leaning on the good grace of the Scribe's influence, if we can. I have everything I need, I believe. Please, if any of you are in want, my coin is yours."

(Norr, who had been following Casrian — until Norr’s growing bored and returning to the cart — taps at his genie ring before Casrian purchases blankets and bedrolls and a waterskin. “I am well furnished,” says Norr, and considers the matter closed, explaining little more before prancing off as some elves might often do, he imagines.
OOC: can you see my inventory? The ring specifies it’s comfortably furnished which I’ve taken to mean cushions and bed stuff and some fishing gear, as a hideaway, and Norr will remove all the fine blankets and you can have them as your bedrolls and blankets on the road. Norr will clean and launder them too, and generally do the things you might expect of a manservant while you’re on the road. If anyone of you want to make requests, you can always pull Norr aside - did your mother make an apple pie you love, or was there a wine you loved - Fey (Prestidigitation) seasoning can make an impressive menu for the road.)
