The Aartuk Weedlings climb out of the hole and bolt for another 35 feet. The Aartuk Starhorror still standing grabs a limb of the one that dropped and hauls it out of the hole. It then moves another 15 feet following the others.
Kosh still needs to attempt to resist the charm. DC 15 Wisdom save.
Suddenly, in the air above the center of the corridor, a pocket dimension opens from which falls a length of rope, followed by a haggard human of about 35 years, with a scraggily beard holding a magic jug that's evidently been patched several times.
The man hits the floor with the dull thud of intoxication, blinks hard, and sits up.
"What's all this damn racket!? Can't a guy get drunk and wallow in sadness in peace anywhere in this galaxy!?"
He raises the jug to his mouth, slugs, and spits.
"Mayo again!"
Then he holds the jug in front of him as if addressing it.
"I'm not ready for breakfast yet!" he growls.
He cranks back his arm as if to throw the magic jug, then stops, and lowers it back in front of his gaze.
"I'm sorry," he tells it. "I can't stay mad at you. You know I don't mean it, right?"
Turning around in sudden surprise at the newcomer, Yom wondered if he should pursue the fleeing Aarturk’s, or to be attacked by this newcomer..
Battling Spelljammers, Planet-falls, Flesh eating Insects, Flesh Eating plant Starfish.. and now, a Mayo Guzzling human (?) dropping from an inter-dimensional hole.. Yom wonders what might be next.. finding they were not on a “rock”, but the back of an Esthetic ? Could be worse, but right now he was hoping it got better.
As Ronin is charging the enemy, he see's the Larger one dragging the smaller ones away. He uses one of the smaller ones as a stepping stone to into the air and start spinning furiously with his fire blades towards the large ones body. He then appears on the other side of it facing away as chucks of the creature are divided in five pieces, falling to the ground and beginning to light on fire.
Ronin shouts to the others running away, "Run! and tell the other ugly plant life Its gonna be a good harvest!!!"
With a bolt action, anyone else but Kosh can get line of sight for a missile attack next round. If Kosh breaks the charm with a WIS DC 15, this option is available to him as well.
The bearded human finally rises to his feet, hand hovering over his crossbow, "Loretta" holstered on his leg. "With a dry, cool wit like that you could be an action hero... Just lemme know if you need a helping hand."
Abrax, Kosh, if you want I can make one of you a “Spell-Refueling Ring” if either of you could use it.

I'd like to introduce a new player. The character will make his own introduction, I'm sure.
Ronin looks at the man who just appeared, ignores him, and focuses back into the battle.
Ronin puts away his bow and sparks his blades next to the torch he planted next to him and starts slicing these Aartuk..

The jug-cradling human's eyes go wide as Ronin attacks. He shakes the jug, muttering "C'mon beer. C'mon!"
When only mayonnaise still flows, he hooks the jug to his belt and calls out "CAN I GET A RIDE OUT OF HERE WITH YOU?"
Current Battle Position - after the Aartuk moved.
Ronin - It is right at the edge of your movement range if you scramble up the hole.
Ronin, 4 of 5 attacks land on the Larger Starhorror dragging the remains of the other Starhorror, doing 32 combined damage.
Please describe your kill.

This drops one Weedling.
The last one 60ft out scuttles into a small hole.
Congratulations. Please increase your character level by 1.
On the rumpled bodies of the Starhorrors you find:
Necklace of Adaptation
Pearl of Power
Hakan asks “would anyone like the Pearl of Power besides me? It gives spellcaster an extra spell slot once a day”
