Eyes wide "Umm... well hi Kitchen. As said I'm Norwin and this is Rudy," gestures to fox. "I'm not a good cook at all. The fountain has the power around it and there is a lot of religious symbology when it comes to water. Life, creation, change, and more are often attributed to water in many religions but this is pretty common knowledge. You see the sphere of your world at the top and can't help but wonder how a full fountain of water would act with the globe. However, there just isn't enough to fill this large fountain. You know there is a lot more to this but right now you feel you'd need to reference a book for a reminder on more.
The magic here is a mystery to you but there is a lot here for religious iconography. Walking around the fountain it all seems purposely designed and also requires the significant symbol of water for change and life. You're positive something will happen if this fountain is filled with water but you don't know what. As you continue your walk around the various globes you get a bit of an ominous feeling about the globes below the one on the top. You are positive the one you recognize one of the bottom globes are your own world. What does this mean for your world and the other ones? 6 below one that rules? The golden form of the worlds below doesn't make you think it is anything subservient. The way the globes are positioned on the fountain makes them too prominent and important seeming. There is also some symbols below them. Not words but symbols. You notice the symbol below the globe of your world is a symbol often associated with your world. Like a name plate almost.
You are not certain about everything written here. You think it is names of prominent dragons. Recognizing a couple important names from draconic history. Two names in particular of Bahamut and Tiamat would definitely catch your attention. The dragons a solid part of dragon history in which the two fought to a bitter end leaving their followers and children behind. Their time gone as they struck a blow sundering each other and destroying the old dragon city in the process.

"Not a good cook?! What th' heck ya doin' here then? Practically, useless. Well... at least I got th' song out. Wait... am I trainin' ya? Sounds like ya got th' basics. Also, this is the kitchen not a hospital! Can't ya see with yer eyes? This is not good. Not good at all. I need a cook if we gonna be ready. I already got a feelin' the first one will be here soon! Gonna need meat. Lots of meat." The pots and pans begin moving around eventually one bumps into Norwin and Kitchen says "Hey! Get th' supplies already! They should be here soon."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sighing as seeing the water she added had no effect, Manira heads away from the fountain. She then hears the faint sound of music and starts heading that way. She takes a closer look at the angel area as she does, her curiosity getting the better of her.
Perception 19
After taking a look in that area, she heads towards the sound, making her way towards Kitchen.
"I meant the overall place, not this single room, but I'll go tell the rest." sighs and goes to find the others in order to start getting supplies and tell them what she's found out.
Roland examines the fountain, the globes, and then begins looking around for a water source. He sees Manira approach, then turn toward the kitchen area where Norwin went. Never one to procrastinate finding something out, he follows her toward the kitchen.
"Excuse me sai. Pardon the interruption, but does anyone have some buckets?" He says as he squints at the unusual singing...
As he comes in, Norwin grabs Roland's arm. "It's not a person, it's a room. The kitchen is all magicked, but it needs the supplies from that entryway. You look like you can carry things. Come help me." She starts pulling him down the hall back to where they had come from where all the supplies were piled. "How's your cooking because I guess it needs a head cook and, trust me, you don't want it to be me. Sounds like more might be showing up soon so we best get things in order. Rudy you stay here and stay out of trouble."
Ulmuur looks around the fountain. The divine was never his strong suit.
He'll mumble, loud enough for the others to hear. "There is power around the fountain. There are lots of symbols of water. Hmmm, we should really see if there is a library here. Some sort of reference would be most beneficial for deciphering the meaning of this fountain. It would look quite beautiful filled with water, yes?"
He will follow Roland and the others out. "I do not need a bucket. If there is a water supply nearby, I can move some. It'll be slow, but I can move a lot. What? The room was speaking? Hmm? Hello, Kitchen? Do you know if there is a Library. Or a large supply of water near by?"
He watches as Norwin pulls out Roland. "Oh, are we moving supplies? Oh, alright. Is there a cart? Something? It will make it easier to move supplies. Hmm, Ape? Maybe Horse, if we have a cart? Bear will not help much, not good at carrying."
The gunslinger looks surprised when Norwin grabs his arm and pulls him aside. He turns his attention to Ulmuur for a moment, his skyblue eyes hyperfocused on the talking purse as if extremely interested in what the lizard is saying about moving water and all that, but suddenly he's being pulled away. He holds up a finger, about to complete a thought, before he's completely waylaid by the notion of being a cook.
"I...yes. I do in fact have two arms. I can carry...what?" He says. He'd have stopped dead in his tracks if she weren't leading him along by his arm. "Cook? I...suppose...I've cooked a few lizards on a stick before...and every now and then I shoot a buzzard for a spit. Once I skinned a rabbit if that helps."
"Doesn't sound like you're any better at it than I am." Norwin replies with a groan. "First things first though, get the stuff in and offloaded then if none of us are particularly good at it draw lots for kitchen duty." Tugs harder on Ulmuur's sleeve. "Come on Scaley. Even if it can't carry with paws, Bears can hold a lot of weight on their back and I got rope."
The kitchen seeing all these newly gathered people says "Ya'll just gonna stand there gawkin' or do I have ta make some pans dance? Ya'll act like ya never seen ah sentient kitchen before. I'll try ta answer questions fer ya but I need help cookin first. Which of ya is gonna be my head chef?"
To Ulmuur the kitchen replies "Library? Not that I heard of but not like I can roam around either. If ya need water though, I got one left here. I can't move it though just the things I am not what was added. Over there in the corner." A knife seems to float in front of Ulmuur's face and does a little spin then unmistakably points towards a very old looking barrel. The knife then flies around and slides into a drawer full of knifes all perfectly sharpened.
To Roland the kitchen says "So... yeah... okay. Not you then. Alright, that's two down. How about the rest of ya? Any of ya cooks? If not... that sucks but ya gonna want someone here to coordinate cooking things brought in."
The kitchen also seems a bit restless as several spoons seem to soar into the air and its like the kitchen is waiting for something.
Manira follows the rest into the kitchen, her eyes go wide as she sees the environment and listens to what the kitchen is saying... head cook? What does that even mean? She turns to Ulmuur, "What do you think? I can make some mean ale with the rest of them, and well, know my way around the kitchen in a pretty basic way. I suppose I could take the role if you don't want it?"
She then raises her voice to make sure that the kitchen can hear, "Are you, well are you waiting for something? or someone?"

"Yeah, ya gonna need ta get to work soon. Too, ya see I always know what is needed fer food. So get the supplies cause ya gonna need some food. Lots of meat. Something big is coming to the sanctuary."
After flying around the draconic platform for a while, Wil finally accepts that he isn’t going to learn any more than a little bit that he did. Tiamat, huh? Boy, that’s a name I haven’t heard in a long time, he thinks, shuddering.
At least his current inebriated state has dulled the constant feeling of half frightened, half guilty that has been his constant companion - along with the whispers - since that fateful night. But his fuzzy headedness isn’t helping the current situation much. Sighing he flies after the others, who seem to have found… a sentient kitchen?
Listening to the others in bemusement, he finally offers up, “Not sure if I’d be much better, but I’d be happy to try m’hand at kitchen work. I love to eat… and mayhaps this is a fine place t’learn how? Anyhow, I can start fetching’ supplies from that store room… ‘n, by the by, I believe there was a fair ‘mount o water in the barrels in there, if you’re looking’ ta get that fountain flowin again.”
With that, Wil flies off to start hauling foodstuffs to the kitchen from the storeroom - using the arrow symbols in the doorway to make himself as big as possible, partially because it will make hauling easier, and partially because it amuses him to be a giant fairy. He will also check the contents of the mysterious bag he found, and if room permits, fill it with stuff to haul back to the kitchen.

Starts sorting the boxes between what appears to be food and what is just general supplies. She giggles at the sight of the large fairy, but is glad for the volunteered help as she isn't sure she didn't overstep herself with dragging the other two to help. She is incredibly grateful to not have to cook though.
Bringing a box of vegetables in she asks the kitchen. "What do you mean something big and meat-eating is coming? What does that mean?"
"But, we need water for the fountain..." Roland says, looking from Norwin to the kitchen, then to the poor lizard when she jerked him up. He at least seems relieved when the kitchen promptly fires him from being the chef, and then follows the point of the knife and looks at the barrel that it indicates. That was a good start, he thought. Then he hears what Norwin says about something big and meat eating, squints, and then disregards it for the moment. The kitchen (it was odd to think of the kitchen as something that talks but he'd met Blaine once, hadn't he?) didn't seem to distressed by the prospect, or at least that's what he thought.
He began to stack crates down, pop some of them open, and inspect the contents, round up as much vegetables and preserved meats as he could find, and then started making trips, carrying a box or so at a time.
He kept looking at the fountain and couldn't believe he was ignoring it at the moment. He'd be getting back to it soon. He glanced from the fountain to Ulmuur.
As some begins to carry supplies to the kitchen at their command others stay and chat with the Kitchen. They certainly had plenty of supplies but it was tough work for them to lug so much supplies to the kitchen. The animated location seeming to direct them to place all the crates and barrels in specified locations inside them. While they do this the wooden automotons they find seem to begin to help as well following suit. Soon three of them are lugging supplies to Kitchen as well. If there are more of these things you all don't see them helping at least. One of the three seems heavily damaged too. A chunk of them carved out of the side of their torso and what looks like claw marks down that side as well. It seems this one is barely functioning but it seems delighted to be helping and despite the damage it doesn't struggle with lifting anything.
As Norwin asks Kitchen what it means the kitchen seems delighted to answer and says "Well, ya see I serve a function here and I do a good job. Matter of fact, I'd be doing a perfect job if I could interact with supplies brought in. Seems those who created the place wanted folks like you to help. Anyway, I can feel what we will need for food here. No idea what will show up. Seems to be random to me but then again, I'm just a Kitchen. Best one ever mind ya but alas I got limitation. So, right now I feel we will need at least 30 lbs of meat every day. This is in addition to the 5 sets of meals you all need to survive as well. I hope ya liked the cheese and wine. It was what little I could do with commanding those useless Dolls. Ya'll lucky I had some cheese and wine left in here."
As you all load supplies the kitchen seems resigned that only one of you volunteers to learn to cook. They pull out a floating cooking knife made of what looks like mithril. They say "Alright, I guess none of ya have a clue how ta cook properly so lemme just offer the role. Head cook means ya gonna be workin with me a lot. I'll teach ya what I can but I'm a hardass. So be ready fer it. Ya get some special privilege's fer takin the role though. One, ya get this nice knife, and two ya can give orders to the Dolls." The mithril knife floats between all of you. "Whoever takes it is takin responsibility fer cookin food. Ya can of course enlist more help, which I recommend, but ya gonna be the one responsible fer feedin folks as they arrive. I also add the requirement ya need ta at least be learnin how ta cook or know how ta cook."
