(OOC:That's cool. These rolls were better for you anyhow.)
Natasha: You use your thieves tools on the locked chest and soon you hear a satisfying click. You open the chest to reveal 500 sp, 5 bloodstone gems, a potion of climbing, and a potion of healing.
Natasha: You carefully check the rest of the chests around the room, but it looks like they’ve already been opened and looted by whoever was here before you.
"Yes lets go! I'm now very excited to see what lies ahead. I feel as though we should keep an eye out for anymore trouble though, in case the people we fought had friends that might have gone deeper in."
Jacob grunts approval, graciously accepts the coinage, and heads out the door to go check the handle on the center-east door that is still closed. He grumbles a bit under his breath and makes a few small motions with his right hand, conjuring a spectral, long-fingered hand. From a few feet away, to the side (south) of the door, he sends the mage hand out to test the handle, opening it if it is unlocked, but slowly and staying out of the line of sight.

Jacob: Your long-fingered mage hand tests the handle and finds it's unlocked. You use the spectral hand to carefully open the door. You hear no noises or voices from within the room, and from your location, you can't see in.
Jacob sneaks up to the edge of the open door with an Eldritch blast at the ready, and peeks his head quickly around the door frame, trying to use it to maintain cover, just in case.

Jacob Bray - The Call of Lon-Dia, Human Bloodhunter 3
Stone follows Jacob into the hallway and after watching him carefully open the door he says in a loud voice, "Don't worry, I'll go in and see what is there." And with that he boldly enters into the previously unopened room.
Jacob: You slowly and carefully inch towards the open door, your eldritch blast primed for attack. All of your senses strain to catch any sign of danger...and Stone casually saunters by you and into the room.
Stone: You enter the room and see that around the edges of this chamber are the remnants of furniture: broken bed frames, rotted straw mattresses, and crumbling wooden chairs and nightstands. A four-foot-high barricade of wood and stone, like the one you encountered in the opposite room, separates the chamber. From your location, you can only see some of the the area behind the barricade.
Stone hollers back to Jacob, "There is one of those makeshift barricades in here. I'm going to see what's on the other side of it." With that he carefully, but quickly, makes his way over the barricade.
Jacob smiles and laughs a bit to himself, dismisses the Eldritch Blast and enters the room behind stone. "I thought it was age before beauty, but I'll let it go this time," he says lightly with a single ha. He follows over the barricade with stone and draws Bread just in case...

Jacob Bray - The Call of Lon-Dia, Human Bloodhunter 3
Stone and Jacob: You peek over the barricade, and find the other side empty. You hop the barricade and check out the chamber beyond. In the back of the room you see twin chests, one at the north end of the room and one at the south. Flanking these chests are two sets of full plate armor.
Stone looks around and spots the chests before his eyes land and remain focused on the Plate Armor. "Miss Natasha, there are some chests that may interest you in here," he yells behind him as he walks towards the armor. When he reaches the armor he starts trying on all the pieces to see which fit him best.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Natasha walks over to the room Stone has just entered, surveys the situation, and looks at the suits of armor suspiciously. She stands back, letting Stone fiddle with the armor to make sure it's not about to do anything suspicious. She then goes to the chest nearest Stone, checks it for traps and tries to open it.)
Stone: You walk up to the armor and grab a piece to try on. To your surprise, the armor grabs you back! You shake off the armored gauntlet and step back from the armor, while behind you, you hear the armor to the south move. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, both chests fly open and a floating sword emerges of each.
Natasha: You shake your head, you knew something wasn't right with that armor. It's a burden being both so beautiful and so smart.

Stone nods. "There are more rooms in this area we have not yet explored. Maybe we should investigate quickly before moving onto the next area?"
