Save for Khessa, you get a bead on the situation as the more disguises characters you saw in the bar show their colors in combat. Most of the non-humanoid creatures seem to be of the fey wild or under dark. And all are in combat against the types of monsters you fought earlier. Some scenes include:
The frog witch hastily gathering flowers and foliage while a statuesque Galeb Duhr is crushed in a knot of vines.
Jeff and The Bartender doing their best to extinguish some of the fire elemental myrramon.
Sir attempting to cram a dead beholder into one of their bags.
You can interact with any of these, but As you make your way in the direction of your old base you would all notice that the area of your little priory and the warlock tower have all been replaced by a dark and battle-scarred mansion.
With your perception rolls I’ll say that Dab and Akkron get the feeling that the tower and priory haven’t been replaced. It’s More like the areas you saw before came after what you’re seeing now. (You know that moment when you realize a bank used to be a Pizza Hut? It’s like that but if the bank became a Pizza Hut again.)
Khessa, blissfully unaware of what's so strange - apart from the planar royal rumble she's witnessing - doesn't get lost in reflections on the nature of time and on the possibility that it could ever flow in both directions. She simply thinks (aloud) to herself: "Who knows why they fight each other so fiercely? Wouldn't it be easier for all of them to agree and coexist? It seems to me that there is room for everyone... What is the point of this exasperated xenophobia that leads them to massacre each other? Luckily, at least, they didn't decide to slaughter us too..."
"Are any of us good at public speaking?" asks the blonde arcane warrior, following the train of her own thoughts "I, Unfortunately, am not much... I mean, at least... Maybe I don't know how to be convincing, or maybe I'm too tall, but the point is that since I was a girl, every time I tried to talk to people, the only thing I got was stares from males at chest height and frowns on females' faces - with neither party ever paying attention to the concepts I was trying to convey. If any of us can usually do better, perhaps we could try to harangue this motley crowd and persuade them to cease (at least here and now) hostilities... There are spells which enable an orator to make himself understood by all the bystanders in their language... If we were successful, it could already be a step forward, understanding the reasons of the various parties - and perhaps in the meantime convincing them to tolerate each other, rather than mercilessly slaughtering each other. And if we can speak instead of fight, we might get more clues on what is going on".
"I think you know better than to look to me for oration," Akkron says with a chuckle. "The best I could do is try to scare them into submission, and I really don't think that's what we're going for... and somehow I suspect that a lot of these beings wouldn't be very receptive to intimidation anyway."
(Question: are there any living beholders in the fight still, or is the only one we can see the dead one that Sir is currently stuffing in a bag? And any indication on which sides the dryad and monodrone are on?)

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Lorlin shakes her head “Books have long been my closest friends and companions, I fear. I never learned to speak well, and my words tend to put people to sleep, and not in a useful way. I suppose we should.. intervene. But I’m not sure yet what is going on.”
If you approach the mansion there is one impaled on a pike outside that’s still twitching. It’s got that same holy mutant vibe that the previous few had.

"It seems to me a kind of... faction battle" Khessa says "Feywild and Underdark typical creatures, against elemental creatures, against... which faction will the beholders represent? Abominations perhaps? But the point is that, in my opinion, rather than there being a faction that is more 'just' than the others, it is this hostility that seems to me useless or in any case not fully justified. I think this hostility is the true enemy".
Dabbert listens to Khessa while he studies what is happening. He watches the Dryad flee the wrath of the Monodrone, then runs his fingers through his hair.
"I'm uh...not sure I want to intervene." He says, waiting to see what everyone else thought. "Since we've been here, these folk have been the only group that was friendly to us, save for a few individuals like the Barron. The Beholders and their ilk were hostile from the beginning. Plus, I'm not sure what cultural factors may be at play here and I don't want to disrupt what is normal for them. I don't want to burn any bridges with them, and the whole 'enemy of my enemy' thing. But, if that's what you really want, I guess I could try. Just not sure it's uh...a good idea."

"In short," summarizes Khessa "you are afraid that, if you fail to pacify them all... you will also risk offending the only allies we have!"
"However," the blonde arcane warrior then wonders "what is it that you would like to do? If we wanted to prove ourselves allies of someone...we shouldn't just stand by while this 'someone' fights, don't we think? Plus, if we take prisoners that we have some glimmer of intelligence, we could try to question them... to better understand the nature of these hostilities".
"Or do you say that the chaos is such that no one will notice us" speculates the tall adventuress "and we could then ignore this absurd scuffle and go around looking for new clues?"
"This is a delicate situation... so far, the Beholders and the Galeb Duhr have been entirely hostile towards us... and towards each other... and towards everything else. But... we don't really know enough right now to say that either species cannot be reasoned with. While Beholders as a general rule are sadistic lunatics, there are exceptions to that rule..."
The lich pauses.
"But it is clear that there is more at play than the basic nature of these creatures. The Galeb Duhr and the Beholders specifically have been twisted by extremely powerful forces into what we are seeing now. Khessa, you weren't there when I explained this before... but these creatures bear a clear Celestial influence. Unfortunately, contrary to popular belief, 'Celestial' is not actually synonymous with 'good.' And I doubt whatever did this is a virtuous being, even if it is still technically a 'holy' one."
He sighs after that.
"...Even so, we really shouldn't just stand here and do nothing. We should try to aid the patrons of this establishment, as they have shown us hospitality without bias when the rest of this place has been busy trying to murder us since we arrived."

Well... we can probably pretty safely split our forces and each jump into one of the scuffles. Akkron finds the weirdly carved-up Galeb Duhr most unsettling, so he'll probably go put them out of their misery.

OK, Khessa will then help the poor 'dryad on the run from a bumbling monodrone'.
The blonde arcane warrior tries to intercept the monodrone and to attract its attention with blows of quarterstaff, saying between a blow and the other: "If the girl doesn't want you, Mr Construct Charming, chasing her all the same configures as 'stalking'... something from which a legal creature like you really should abstain, do not you think?"
