Cladmir froze. Magic means bad things are about to happen, danger close, this place they were at -- danger! But did it talk to him? What is going on? Are they all in deep trouble?
With the deliberate slowness Cladmir (who hasn't really been paying attention to whatever Rick is doing or who he was talking, instead he keeps glancing at Nuria every chance he had), said loudly for all -- and whatever the thing was -- to hear.
"Everyone remain calm. We may have inadvertently triggered something but if we slowly exit this place we may be ok. The captain has sent for reinforcements and they may be able to sort this out."
Sylvia just shakes her head at Breldo willfully ignoring something dancing right in his face, while Cladmir has a rather panicked response to it, but at least seems to not act outright hostile, uncertain how to deal with something that was actually conversing... And had now turned to face him to offer a rather curious look.
Not that it matters much, since Asimi seems to have gotten enough of it by this point.
"Okay, this has gone on long enough. If you know anything about this place, spill it already. Otherwise, we have too many things to figure out to be leaving just yet. Drop your weapons, and you're being handcuffed for the night. Tomorrow you're either going to help, or staying tied up."
Cladmir doesn't see any alternative and slowly disarms himself. In response to the query he recites the phrase from the sign that basically encapsulates what he knows about these "dangerous" locations.
"There is danger here -- and the danger is ancient. More importantly, this danger is not only to the body but to the soul. We should not disturb it."
After tying up Cladmir and at least giving him the grace of making sure he's laid down somewaht comfortable so he can sleep (as much as one can be while tied up), Asimi naturally talks to the others quietly.
"Not sure what is up with that guy... But we can send him first into any of the dangerous rooms and see how genuine he's being."
Breldo lowers his crossbow, but keeps a wary eye on the 'guard'.
He sidles up to Nuria. "He knows your name, girl, and thinks he knows you. You say you don't know him, that's good by me. He tries getting to familiar, you give the word and he'll sprout feathers. Not that I don't know you can take care of yourself, but I've got your back."
He gives Cladmir the side eye.
((Clad would see the grizzled halfling is protective of the girl, even without hearing any of that, positioning himself between her and the stranger. He'd likely get a mentor type vibe from the old fellow.))

"Boss Bandit sent for help?"
Rick gestures at the unconscious guard he dragged back.
"That Bandit? Help might be delayed."
Once the half plate is off Rick will just rob the guard captain blind.
Cladmir doesn't see any alternative and slowly disarms himself. In response to the query he recites the phrase from the sign that basically encapsulates what he knows about these "dangerous" locations.

Asimi seems to roll her eyes a bit as she works to put Cladmir tied up in some ropes, seemingly prepared to do it in a less-nice way if he resists.
"Right, yeah, we could all read that sign. But unless you know how that relates to Comedy, we're not leaving until we figure that out."
(Investigation check Rick?)
Cladmir submits meekly, intrinsically opened to the group that Nuria is a part of. He is utterly confused about "Comedy," however.
They seemed determined -- perhaps it would be best if I go along just to make sure Nuria... they do not get into trouble.

Rick will see to it the living guards are bound up and placed (dragged) away from Cladmir, and each other.
Låter, to Asimi's suggestion,
"Rick likes this idea! Put Friendly Bandit in with Lore. Lore is a spoon."
