The shifting beast takes good use of its nature to keep dodging attacks, one by one attacks going wide before Sylvera also gives another attack attempt from the side, while the beast now swipes again at Cladmir.
Fate punches Cladmir on the gut while he was down -- the fool should have stuck to hiding behind the shield instead of trying to look impressive attacking the incredibly ripped panther in vain attempt to impress someone who doesn't even care.

As Cladmir drops, Khond sucks a breath through his teeth and winces, then looses another arrow.

But even with Sylvia's encouragement, panic seems to spread through the group as Cladmir falls, only Breldo getting in another good hit. And while the beast is beginning to slow, right now its still moving, and locking once again on its original prey. Seeing that, Sylvia decides she should get herself away to a safe distance, flying off the stage and-
Bouncing off against something mid-air.
"Oh, the main actor cannot leave the stage before the tragedy is done..."
Panicked, Sylvia's only recourse is to try and dodge, while Sylvera shoots. At least it looks like she's heading closer to the stage to potentially help Cladmir if no one else will.
While Sylvera's attack strikes, it's not quite enough to bring down the beast. And in turn, Sylvia's dodging proves moot as well as the tentacles strike heavy against her. And as she gets flung down to the ground, it becomes obvious she wasn't exactly being overly cautious avoiding combat like that. One strike is plenty to have her crash to the ground, battered and beyond salvation. The followup attack that barrels down upon her is just an additional cruelty.
It's hard to see from beneath the stage exactly what happens, at least given the subject of the "panther"'s wrath being so small. What is obvious is the sudden appearance of some kind of black spear, or claw, or something curving upward and impaling the beast. Be it because of that strike, or that the "main actor" seems to have fallen, the panther disappears as suddenly as it came.
Breldo will spring into battle medic mode, with the fight over for now, stowing his crossbow as he hurries to the maybe-not-a-bandit's side and pulling out a small carved box packed with collected spider silk, packing it into the wounds and binding the injuries.

Breldo's attention is pulled to Rick and the tiny woman who should not exist, but seemingly does. He looks down at the empty container of silk, then at the not bandit. He'll still move over to see what he can do about the little one.

Breldo applies a patch to Cladmir that is, in fact, just a whole bunch of regular but potent medicine. Making sure to stem the bleeding, and then also bring a burst of energy to bring Cladmir back to the land of the waking. With admittedly quite the stinging pain still.
But that leaves one more victim, and Rick's cries toward Sylvia go unanswered. There upon the stage is a large splatter of black, as if an oversized bug had been flattened. It doesn't quite look like normal blood. And in the midst of this stain, there is no little sprite.
There's no response, though the large egg feels warm to the touch and feels heavier than it should be for its size. At the same time, it feels rather fragile, though as long as he doesn't do anything too rash should be fine.
(Give me an arcana check?)
Breldo has no idea how to form a medical diagnosis on an egg. He does conclude that if all the black goop on the ground is blood, and given how small the little thing that shouldn't be was... It almost seems as if there is more blood than there should be possible. There's certainly too much of it for it to have been survivable.

Breldo wonders if the egg might by a parasite of some kind that survived the apparent death of its tiny host. He saw a worm once wiggle its way out of a dead grasshopper.

If it's a parasite, it must have been at least 80% of the sprite's bodymass given its size. Probably more? Hard to do the math with the fae creature that Breldo was convinced to the last being smoke and mirrors being, well, gone.
Probably added fuel to it all somehow being smoke and mirrors.
The egg by a quick investigation at least seems to be decisively unnatural. He doesn't know of any creature that have a shell like this, or glow for that matter. It'd almost be easier to describe as a rock that just happens to be egg-shaped?

Sylvera's attack hits, but so do both of the beasts attacks against Cladmir; Enough to knock him down!
Luckily, Sylvia by this point had taken the chance to fly off, and while she doesn't dare getting in melee range, quickly starts shouting.
"Hey, ignore all those illusions, it's right there, aim there!"
(Disadvantage on attacks removed for this turn!)
Breldo(24) <=
Khond(24) <=
Rick(20) <=
Cladmir(17) KO (death saving throw)<=

Incredibly ripped panther (6) injured
Breldo complies, trying to forget his bad miss.

He slides right back (cunning disengaging) out and stands behind someone bigger.
Unfortunately Cladmir is no longer someone Rick can stand behind as he lay on the ground.

"Sylvia? Friend Sylvia?"
Cladmir opens his eyes... the pain... so much pain. Is this what being a hero... It hurts... Should heroes fall like this? Oh the pain...
"Arrrgggg..."
Rick shushes Cladmir,
"Quiet Not Bandit, Friend Sylvia is hurt!"

Only a black, softly glowing egg.
Rick is, understandably, confused as to why Sylvia is an egg rather than a fairy.
He still scoops it up and peers at it,
"Sylvia?"
