Nuria calms down a bit when Sylvara comes over. At least there are more people over here now. Maybe the bandits will be less likely to do attack.
Scurrying over to Breldo, Nuria looks around anxiously. "B-Breldo." She whispers, still a bit hidden in the surrounding brush. "I-I don't trust those people. They seem off. And there might be a lot more of them in the woods."
The merchant and his helper look at each other for a moment, before the younger assistant hops off. He scurries over to help as if his life depended on doing this quick
When the man arrives to help push, Oren directs him to a spot not far from himself, and, giving everyone else in the area a quick look of disdain, he states, "1-2-3, PUSH" and the two of them try to push the tree a bit off the roadway.
Nuria would try to stay as close to Breldo as possible, so Investigation to find Breldo? 5 (critical fail) Sigh, guess not. Hopefully she doesn't get lost lol.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sylvera taps her foot, crossing her arms and watching as the commoners attempt to move the log. All the while she is alert and watching for anything suspicious around them.
While Sylvera keeps an eye out, but disinterested to the point she'd probably miss bandits standing out in the open among the trees, Oren and the merchant's assistant begin to push. It's not easy work, the slightly bended trunk and remaining branches making it hard to get the fallen tree into a rolling position that would make it easier... But with some exertion, and a few snapped branches, they manage to push the obstacle off to the side, enough that it's no longer blocking the main path. The road ahead is clear once again.
Once the tree is moved enough for the carts to move through, Oren comes over and shakes the man who assisted him, "Thanks for the help, Oren here." Just a bit more quietly he adds, "I can't believe no one else though it might have been useful if they would have pitched in to help." He rolls his eyes not really worrying who saw. He doesn't say it with anger, just a bit of annoyance. He is still smiling to the man who helped, "Good luck on your travels."
He then looks back to his group. "C'mon, let's go now."
The assistant appears almost impolite with how hurried he stretches out his hand to meet Oren. Although it's evident it's nothing personal as much as the man wanting to get out of there, even as still no sign of life comes from the forest around them. There is a hurried shake as hazel eyes meet his.
"Bjorn. Nice to meet you too," he adds, giving a silent but firm nod of agreement as both of them retreat to their carts. As Bjorn joins his boss, there is just the slightest hesitation, as he looks back to see if the others are in fact joining... But eventually overcomes his paranoia as he orders the horse to start pulling again, and the merchants goods slowly come back in motion...
Unable to locate Breldo, Nuria spins around to find Oren and one of the merchant/bandits pushing the tree off the road. Why is he helping them?! ...and why haven't they done anything yet? This is bad this is bad this is bad! The young girl shifts her weight from foot to foot as she continues to glance from her companions to the (Not)bandits, completely failing to notice the real bandits in the trees. Eventually she manages to squeak/whisper, "Breldo?!"
"Come now, Rick, aren't any threats far less likely to even spring a trap if multiple groups are together? Maybe there aren't even any bandits about in the first place." With the road cleared, Khond sets to pulling the cart again.

Breldo has no idea. All he can tell is that the tree isn't rotting, so at least it hasn't been months.

Oren sighs and now looks over at the folks from not-his-caravan and asks, "Can any of you help me try to push this a bit off the road?"
Rick yells over to Oren,
"Rick is busy protecting! Ponyman is busy carrying!"
He will give double thumbs up to Oren to help though.
(Give me a persuasion roll Oren.)

Rick shrugs and puts an arrow to the bow string,
"Rick thinks bandits think that more in the trap the merrier!"
