Let...the adventure...begin!
Snow gently falls from the sky and wind bites your cheeks as you stand in the graveyard of Palebank Village, a fishing outpost of Uthodurn that is home to several hundred dwarves and elves. The sun is low in the sky, sinking behind the fresh grave of Urgon Wenth, an old dwarf who caught a curse or disease that turned him into an ice statue. The folk of the village have gathered to pay their final respects to Urgon’s frozen remains.
A gruff voice speaks softly from behind you. “Thank you for attending Urgon’s service.” You turn and meet the gaze of Elro Aldataur, a weathered elf, retired ranger, and the leader of the village. “I’m sorry to speak of dark tidings under such circumstances, but I believe that Palebank Village might be in danger, and I’m hoping you can help us.”
(This would be a good time to talk about your character and whether you are at the service to be nice or because you knew Urgon)
"We can negotiate a price, but not here. Let's respect Urgon and not talk next to his final resting place." Elro starts to walk away towards the nearby cabin. After a few more steps he looks back and say "Coming?"
Once over to the cabin, Elro says in a hushed voice, "What happened to argon is no accident. He returned a couple months ago after being on for about a year exploring Eiselcross. When he came back home he started moving slower. He also had blue streaks all along his arms. We had all of our best medics and sorcerers try to "fix" him, but sadly nothing worked. We ended up thinking that it was just a freak accident."
"I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this whole situation is strange. We initially thought that it was an isolated incident, one that happened when he was in Eiselcross. I ended up noticing recently that Tulgi Lutan had the same symptoms as Urgon."
Elro takes his hand and runs it through his hair, clearly out of stress. As he is doing this, two authorities walk towards you and say, "Lord Elro," and bow. As they return to standing straight they continue, "so sad to hear what happened to Urgon. would you like us to investigate what happened?"
Elro looks at them and answers, "No need to. I truly believe this was an unlucky situation for our acquaintance. Go around and make sure everyone is okay."
"Yes sir!"
As soon as the guards walk away Elro looks to Dobby and Olazur and whispers "Don't trust anyone. Go to Tulgi or to Urgon's cabin and figure out what is going on with this disease. If you want payment to help with your troubles, I am willing to offer 100 GP if you find out what is going on."

“I’m sorry for your loss I didn’t know urgon that well but I heard stories“
Hello Master Elro, it is I dobby, dobby is a sorcerer and dobby will help you on saving Palebank. But Dobby would like to know if there is a reward?
"We can negotiate a price, but not here. Let's respect Urgon and not talk next to his final resting place." Elro starts to walk away towards the nearby cabin. After a few more steps he looks back and say "Coming?"
Dobby steps outside the graveyard and cautiously looks around, and responds, “Dobby is coming”
Once over to the cabin, Elro says in a hushed voice, "What happened to argon is no accident. He returned a couple months ago after being on for about a year exploring Eiselcross. “Dobby believes this is no freak accident, but blue streaks….that does seem strange”
Olazur doesn’t like graveyards so he sticks by dobbys side I agree a blue streak does seem a bit out of place something doesn’t sound right

Olazur looks at dobby what do you think we should do dobby I think we should check out the cabin first to see if there’s anything worth looking at
“Yes Olazur! Dobby agrees, let’s start there.”
