You barely - barely - manage to haul yourself up to the top of the cliff, and only because the magical healing also drove away the creeping numbness in your fingers.  There's no way that the weak, hypothermic townspeople have a chance of making it up.  On the bright side, other than rime-encrusted craters of shattered rock where the crystals used to stand, everything seems normal up here.  That, and a faint line of smoke rising from where the shockwave originated.

Did the whole village sink or are there people up here?

None.  The whole village was destroyed.
