"Not to mention," Fargrim chimes in, "I heard something in the graveyard earlier. And given today's events and that the graveyard is marked on that blasted map, we should exercise caution. I don't think that sound brought good omens."
As the group approach the graveyard you can no longer see very far in the distance with the moon gone behind the mountains. You know there were undead there before and so you have to decide how you are going to approach. If the gravedigger is still there you know he most likely would not be hanging out with undead for the fun of it.
Taman, as you approach the guild house you can see a few candles in the lamps by the gate, a few flickering in windows of the guild house, but otherwise the place looks fairly quiet. There isn't even any sounds coming from the forge next to the guild house.
It is approximately 3:30 am and the sun rises at 6:30am

As we get closer to the graveyard I'll turn off the Light. "Let us pause for a moment and adjust to the moonlight. Stealth is not my strength but i think it is needed here."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"I'll scout ahead a bit. I'll give you a signal if there's anything threatening."Arynn looks around. Using only starlight, he thinks that it'll be a dangerous task if they get caught by an undead unawares. He'll have his weapon drawn (snuffed light, so low-light? So disadvantage on Perception?)
Entering the guild you Taman can hear the sound of someone moving in the kitchen at the end of the hall where the dorm rooms are located. Otherwise the place seems deserted.
Arynn moves forward stealthily and looking at the graveyard you can see 6 figures moving in the shadows. They are a bit jerky and uncoordinated in their movements. On the eastern side of the graveyard are two crypts and on the western side there is one as well, all with closed doors. The furthest crypt on the eastern side is much bigger than the other two.

Arynn quietly returns to the group and explains the situation. "Six figures over that way. Can't tell from this distance, but their jerky movements mean they're probably dead men walking. We could try and get rid of a nusense while we're here, and I haven't seen a sign of Andrew yet. There could be others around the sides of the crypts, but we won't know without heading further forward."
"Only six, you say? But what will the rest of you fight?" Fargrim asks, getting his battleaxe ready. "Although the undead don't tend to be very smart... Perhaps we could set a trap for them. Or we could turn them to focus on our errand."
"I hate fighting the undead. It's messy. And there's always more of them than you think. I say we skirt around them and see if we can find Andrew. Just gotta keep an eye out and make sure we don't get boxed in," Alan said, looking around them into the darkness.

You begin to head around the graveyard through some brush and a few scattered trees as you try to find the unseen gravedigger. To not be heard, Stealth is imperative. Perform stealth rolls with an average of 14+ for the group.

As you make your way along the western side of the graveyard you walk under a rather large oak tree and somehow don't notice a number of small branches scattered along the ground and a number of your group start stepping on them and the cracking sounds out like you are walking on a giant roll of bubble wrap. The undead immediately turn your direction and make their way towards the sounds. As they begin to shamble your way you can see that there are 3 skeletons carrying large swords and 3 Zombies with rotting flesh also headed your direction.
(last chance for action before potentially entering combat. I will not allow any sneak attacks)

"In which case keep an eye out." Arynn responds. "We're not after fighting, just bringing a father home to look after what's left of his family."
"The undead have been rising a lot more frequently lately. Head on a swivel, folks," Alan says, looking around them.

Taman enters the guild house and as he goes to his room he makes sure to drag his heels a bit and look around to see if anyone is awake.
If anyone is around then he will speak with them.
If not then he goes to bed, hopefully for a long rest, intending to report in and then hopefully find his fellows in the morning.

Arynn nods. "Let's hope Andrew hasn't joined them yet." He keeps his shortsword readied and carefully leads the group the way he went.

Arynn would probably lead the group to follow along the outside, keeping close to the west side given it has more cover for them to utilise.
