Tharnak your arrow flies wide and you duck back behind the door frame. You are not hidden from the eyes of your enemies but you do benefit from half cover. (+2 to AC)
The two Bugbears charge forward blocking the doorway. One swings its Morningstar toward you Diana Attack: 8 Damage: 8
The other swings for you Sinju Attack: 7 Damage: 9
Note: you are no longer able to enter the room while the Bugbears block the way...

(OOC: I'm assuming that Aedel is fairly close to the bugbears now?
I have a question about my longsword. There is a thing for 1d8 and below is 1d10. Which do I roll? Is it 1d10 for proficiency? I think so, I'll just roll both and you day which works.)
Aedel does a large swing with his longsword with Hit 21, dealing (if 1d8) 2 or (if 1d10) 1

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
OOC: Sure we'll go with one handed for this one lol. Though switching weapons is a free action for future reference ;)
Aedel the doorway is suddenly quite crowded but you manage to poke you blade into one of the Bugbears, drawing a painful yelp from the creature.
Behind the Bugbears the Hobgoblin raises her staff and mutters an incantation. A Devastating Bolt of energy surges outwards toward you Diana Attack: 23 Damage: 12 (If hit you are knocked prone)
Aedel you let loose your arrow and the Hobgoblin screams as it imbeds in her torso.
"Kill them all!" she orders her two Bugbear goons.
Everyone roll initiative!
