"Shucks, mam. That's awfully nice of ya. And I ain't--" Between the suddenly tight grip and piercing look, Rumble cannot help but stop short. Still, he holds on to the good natured, yet also uneasy smile. "R-right. Will do, mam, er, Ms. Ori." The earth genasi warily said, silently resolving to make some future amendments. "If, uh... If none of ya mind, I'm just gonna be over here now." He says before hopefully slipping out of Orianna's grasp to plop down next to the dwarf.

Mara listened to the tiefling and seemedmto shrug her off as she almost wanted to laugh at the large genasi go sulk next to the dwarf after Oriana scolded him. While it was amusing she frowned at losing focus on the fact they were lost in a mysterious place. "Now that we have some introductions out of the way it is time we begin planning what to do next."
Shadow nods Darnell, he takes his shirt and piles some sand on it, tying opposite corners together making a bag of sand, unsure if it may come in handy at some point.
"That was before I left my clan, when the situation is not so... Well when we get out of this, perhaps you shall tell me about this Red War over some drinks, and I can tell you about my homeland in return."
Dark looks doubtful to the group. “When I was up in the air, all I could see were deadwood trees. They are perfectly placed almost like a grid or maybe a game board. This room we are in is huge. I was able to fly as high as 100 feet. If we don’t find consistent food and water, we won’t need to worry about those sand devils. I feel like someone is playing a game with our lives.”
After letting that sink in he says, “I don’t mind scouting from above as long as I can. Right now I need a little rest.”

"This is all wrong, I could help scouting from the land. Did it seem that there is more of those berries towards the top of the trees? That would be helpful for now. I would love to have my bow and some arrows right about now."
Shadow stands up looking up and away from the entrance, as something dawns on him he turns to Rumble.
"You tried the water, Do you think?" He holds up his shirt with sand. "We could filter it enough to get something to drink saving those disks for when we get more desperate?"
Rumble half-hearted grin seeing Darkwing return slowly morphs into a frown. "N-n-now you hold on just mr. birdman. Ya tell'n me not only did we got somehow knocked out and thrown into some kinda dungeon, but that... this is just..." Rumble quiets there, looking down at the sand and rubbing his forehead.
He looks to shadow, though only after a good minute or so. "Mmmn.... Well, sure ya can. Just need to find the right filter. Though I gotta admit, I aaahh... ain't 'xactly comfortable if its just you by yerself." He looks to Darkwing. "Mostly, anywayz. I'd volunteer to go w/ ya, but fraid I'll just slow ya down."Rumble flashes an apologetic grin. "Either way, if yaw'll that determin' to play look about 'nd all that. Well, yaw'll just let me know first. I... I might have just the thing to help ya stay unnoticed by any more of those--"Rumble waggles his fingers in the air towards one of the sand piles. "--whatever those things were from before. Awright?"
Assuming Killian has no issue making himself a torch, now sleeveless, his tattoos are clearly visible to all, starting at his wrists he is covered in aquatic theme art, a scene of an epic journey with swirling water, tridents, aquatic beasts from the depths of the sea, a compass and nautical stars on each elbow. the designs continue up into his shirt, one can assume they continue on to the rest of his upper body.
Responding to Darkwing, "you say a grid-like pattern? I'm not surprised this place doesn't seem too natural, to begin with. There doesn't seem to be anything else useful to us here, I say we do as Sim has suggested and start off in that direction through the woods." Pointing in a direction directly opposite the shoreline away from the tunnel they had all slid down from.
I start to walk off in that direction after lighting my torch in the fire, adding as I walk away, "Follow if you want, either way, I'm going to try and find a way out."
Mara will take all the makeshift torches she has managed to make, using one of the longer strips of torn clothing to make a makeshift strap around her left thigh, slipping the unlit sticks into them. As other members of the group start to head off she will make sure to stay close to them as she wpuld rather not get left on her own.
Seeing two members of the team heading off to search the woods, Dark gets up from his rest and takes to the air about 10 feet above the tree line to assist them.

Not one to let himself get wholly left behind, Rumble repeatedly tries to say something as most (if not all by that point) follow after Killian, only to let out a weary sigh. He looks once to those that lingered behind. And after confirming whether or not they too would take off, the genasi clasps his hands together, mutters a clipped prayer to some deity named Helm, then trails after the others; covering the rear.
At some point along the way he starts saying something in primordial once again. The 'prayer' -- for it certainly might give off the feel to the insight -- concludes with a single stomp.
"'O Lady Chauntae. If thy can hearest this prayer. Bless thou son and his... companions, so that no wicked specter may know their path. And let the shade cast by thou many hills, mountains, and canyons divert the gaze of the overly curious."
Almost immediately, the shifting of sand and fluttering of torn clothing all but ceases, the tracks left behind fade from existence, and -- from an outsider's perspective at least -- the light of their torches dim past thirty feet from wherever Rumble stood at any given moment.
Leojym will stay silent looking around at his strange new surroundings. Since the darkness does not bother him too much he will wait for the others to head into the woods and follow behind keeping an eye on their rear. If their is still a campfire left as everyone leaves, he will snuff it out with sand before he heads out.
Shadow watches the group fidgeting. He smiles a bit at Darnell.
"I also enjoy a bit of hunting, occasionally helping a village with bandits or goblins, nothing of this nature"

"The goal is to get out, right? Let's head through the woods, then. Maybe our avian friend can help us find a good path." The modest dwarf responded.

Darnell raises his eyebrows as he watches the exchange, then turns to Shadow with a grin.
"Yes, I doubt any of us has ever had something like this happen to them, before," he says, laughing a little.
"Where I live is very quiet. The worst thing that people can remember is probably the Red war of...seven years ago?"
And that's all I have to say about that.

I wonder what this place is?
