There are three armored figures who have been firing longbows at you from a middle deck. You see no other targets. Anoushka's blasts hit one of them (Red, Gold, or Black?)
The party finishes off the crew and shifts their focus to the armored figures, who continue returning fire at the group, (1=Anoushka; 2=Glim; 3=Nip; 4=Pim; 5=Wreji; 6=Captain Sartell) -- Red Attack vs 1: Attack: 6 Damage: 5 piercing + 8 radiant -- Red Attack vs 4: Attack: 7 Damage: 4 piercing + 15 radiant -- Gold Attack vs 3: Attack: 12 Damage: 8 piercing + 9 radiant -- Gold Attack vs 6: Attack: 20 Damage: 10 piercing + 11 radiant -- Black Attack vs 6: Attack: 16 Damage: 5 piercing + 11 radiant -- Black Attack vs 4: Attack: 15 Damage: 5 piercing + 13 radiant

Ballista shot from Wreji! Agitated by his miss that was followed by Anoushka's potential judgement he lets a bit of rage slip out... "Die muthaF***aaa!!", before catching himself and coughing ashamed of his crassness.
Glim and Wreji both miss with their heavy weapons, not able to adjust their aim for the rapid approach. Anoushka is getting a little too excited and has minimal effect with her eldritch blasts. PImfire (w/ bardic inspiration) and Nip...
“Come on, come on,” Anoushka says, willing the ships closer, faster. She takes two more shots at the gold-armored archer. “He is mine, that one,” she announces to Pim, “But you can make him hurt until then!” She laughs again.

Pim nods at Anoushka's eagerness, 'Yes, yes my friend I will save that one for you, but here, let me see if I can help soften him up' The giff reaches back into his quiver, carefully pulling out the arrow with the red fletching, drawing back slowly and cleanly before letting his first shot sail forth, aiming for where the gold armored elf stands, hoping to catch a grouping of the boarding party.
(Arcane Shot, Bursting Arrow: Immediately after the arrow hits a creature, the target and all other creatures within 10 ft. of it take 2d6 force damage each.)
