"Another key," Tyris says. "I think I remember a couple of J doors. One was way on the other end of the complex. The others I think we've already found other ways to get around."
After Shadow moves the lever and Oreus finds the key, Shadow unlocks the U door and move into the great factory. The way west is blocked by a well makeshift wooden wall. Iron spikes are driven into the walls ans iron branches are bolted to the floor. You will have the smash through this wall to go further. The other option is to unlock the I door and see where that tunnel leads to. (You locked the door after seeing the tunnel.)
"I'm...guessing there's some trap hidden in there," Tyris says, eyeing the makeshift wall warily. "If we want to try to dismantle that, I vote we don't all stand right in front of it just in case...or we could just go investigate that tunnel first. Or try other doors."
Ooc: I didn’t quite catch if we explored the J door south of the gnome king
No that one and the one in the entrance mask room you haven't explored. Looks like to me all the other J doors you have come across you have explored both sides without opening them.
Shadow leads the party into the classroom by the great hanging gear. To remind you here is the description...
Small desks have been arranged in three concentric semicircles facing the south wall of this fifteen-foot-high octagonal room. Chalkboards set in stone frames along the three southernmost walls bear faded equations and formulas. A web-shrouded lectern stands in front of them, facing the desks. A pile of stony rubble spills from the mouth of a five-foot-diameter tunnel that breaches the north wall.
He then leads the party into the tunnel to the north. It heads north about 20 feet and then turns west. It continues west with a short twist to the south for 40 feet and the turns to the south. The southern part of the tunnel endz in a room about 30 feet away and just before the room the tunnel branches to the east. The eastern branch hits another room in 20 feet, with another branch heading south halfway to that room.
"Oh yay, more tunnels," Tryis grumbles. "Might as well chck that one first," he nods to the east. "There's likely less total area to explore over that way since it leads towards places we've laready been. We can check out hwatever's there, then head back to the southern branch."
Shadow lsads the party to the easternmost room passing another short tunnel to the south ending in another room, but your view of that room is mostly blocked by thick ropes leading up the the ceiling. Shadow stops at the easternmost room and looks in, but can't see anything as there is a thick mist or fog filling the chamber.
The torch land in the middle of the room momentarily creating an ominous silhouette in the middle of the room, it turns out to be a harmless wooden lectern which catches on fire. You can see dim shapes in the glow. Something skinny and long in the northwest right by the tunnel entrance.
( I don't think anyone is posting every day. Whats the hold up right now?)

Does anyone disagree with this plan?
