After moving west for 15 feet the tunnel turns south and then west again ending in a small room. Shadow being the first there sees...
Dead rats, burnt tindertwigs, and bits of broken stone litter the floor of this room whose only furnishings include a cot against the northeast wall and a wooden chest bearing a dented lantern. The lantern is lit, but barely enough light escapes through its shutters to illuminate the room. Across from the tunnel is an R door that you think connects to the main hallway.
Lying on the cot is a half awake Skulk, while a second Skulk is shaking him. Next to the cot is a skulk shaking another skulk who is lying (prone) on the cot, looking half awake. His weapons (a Rapier and Crossbow) or on the chest.
Skulk's initiative 8, the half awake one will only get an half action the first turn. Probably will equip himself.
Laladak's initiative 10

Everyone else roll initiatives and if higher than a 6 you can act. (I will play the two half-elves and Laladak after you all go. Except Laladak asks Alben if Alben can spare another charge of the wand before he charges in.
Shadow moves to beside the two skulks and deals a good stike with his rapier to the prone skulk.
Laladak moves his full 30 and barely makes it, but he is able to attack the closest skulk. He he makes a Beeftown Chop Attack: 5 Damage: 23 but he was a little bit confused running from the tunnel and into the room, and he misses the skulk.
Fario makes a Cunning action and dashes to past Laladak, getting into position to attack the skulk with his Longsword uses both hands for the attack Attack: 15 Damage: 9
Fellian moves 30 feet ending up in the tunnel entrance (Shadows position on the map) and shoots the standing Skulk with his Longbow 492Attack: 16 Damage: 8 fathering it with an arrow.
