Laladak goes to the barracks to train with his Grandmother's (I don't remember if it was you mother or grandmother) sword. You see Terseon Skelleran, the Captain of the Town Guard, but he looks busy today, so you spar with a couple of the off duty guards. One is as good as (or maybe slightly better) you, while you have fun teaching some of your fighting wisdom to the other one.
It looks like Tyris and Shadow, it's up to you to sell the Cloak and decide if you want to buy anything from Skie's Treasury during this visit.
Tyris takes the cloak from laladak when he hands it off and sells it to the shop while they're there. Not having the funds to buy anything he would truly care about, he just hangs onto the gold for now to save for later.
Tyris hands the cloak over to Skie, asking how much she would buy it for. She examines it for a few minutes and then says "Very nice weaving and craftsmanship, I will give you 550gp for it."
"We should at least excavate the treasure room before we take the elevator down. See what we can find that might help us and just ensure we are prepared before we descend. Make that a quick salvage then venture forth."

Rockcrusher lvl 2 Goliath Barbarian Horde of the Dragon Queen
Taggart lvl 6 Air Genasi Blood Hunter Tomb of Annihilation
Shadow lvl 3 variant feral tiefling rogue Shackled City
Shadow asks to buy this Sleep Arrows handing over 264gp. Skie winks at him saying "These will make it easier to take your foes captive, so you can Interrogate them."
The party then leaves her shop and meeting up with Laladak and the two half-elves head back to investigate the secret treasury that Yuathyb spoke of.
Moving through Keygan's office and into Jzadirune you head the the Glassblowing Workshop. Between Alben's detect magic spell (that he had going the last time you entered the room, that showed the outline of a door) and Yuathyb's description, Shadow is able to find the secret door and how to open it fairly quickly. He opens the door to reveal...
This chamber is completely free of dust and cobwebs. Green marble tiles cover the floor, and the walls are painted with bright murals depicting a forest of enormous fungi. A gnome-sized suit of full-plate armor, complete with visor and helm, stands in the middle of the room. Next to it sits a two-foot-tall clay urn filled with treasure.
Alben uses his [magicalitem]Wand of Secrets[/magicalitem] to look for traps. He discovers no traps but he does find two secrets doors in the room (I'm changing how the wand works slightly to be a little bit more like the 3.5 version). One door to the east, and the second is to the south. He then goes over to the suit of full-plate and examines it for any hint of magic using his Arcana skills, he comes to believe that the armor is probably not magic, however it is a set of Full-Plate and therefore probably you can sell it for a tidy sum. He then turns his attention to the urn (I'm assuming that you would do this). The urn has handleh so it can be easily carried, and contains the following
75gp, 958sp, and 622cp
3 silver rings
A tiny locket containing ashes
2 plain gold rings
A platinum bracelet engraved with the Dwarven Runes (does any speak Dwarven?)
A set of Masterwork Thieves Tools
A potion
A wand
Identify and appraise art objects You need a Investigation or History check DC 17 to determine what the art objects are and what they are worth.

Before we head down the elevator.

Alben looks around the room without entering it, looking for traps, or anything else sticking out.

Alben doesn't see any traps, but he wants Shadow to check also before he enters the room to examine the armor for magic.
Alben uses a charge of the wand of secrets to check for traps.
