Shadow opens the door to the east revealing a 10'×20' room (I won't be able to update the map for several hours)
Standing against the south wall of this room is a gnome-sized suit of banded mail clutching a finely forged gnome hooked hammer. At its feet rests an iron chest secured with an iron padlock.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Shadow walk up to the chest and leaning over he looks behind and around it looking for any traps. He doesn't see anything so he starts to take a closer look at the padlock. As he does so the suit of armor attacks Shadow with the Hooked Hammer. In a move similar to Oreus' glave attack, it attacks with both the blunt end and the hooked end. Attack: 13 Damage: 6 bludgeoning damage and Attack: 8 Damage: 4 piercing damage. The first attack misses, but the second blow bypasses Shadow's armor for a total of 8 Damage.
Dread Warrior initiative 12
Everyone else roll initiatives anyone higher than 8 can act.
Shadow quickly recovers from the surprise attack and attacks the Dread Guard (Yes I gave it the wrong name when I rolled initiative), hitting it. Then he backs away hoping to have it follow him.
Laladak rushes into the room at attacks with fury, but with not a lot of control as he misses his target.
I forgot to roll initiativei for the halfelves

Tyris initiative: 12
Tyris designates the dread guard as his Slayer's Prey (class feature - bonus action), then swiftly draws an arrow and fires it at the enchanted suit of armor.
Tyris is able to hear the battle and goes through the treasure room and into the room beyond, and seeing the animated suit of armor fires an arrow at it which hits.
Alben's initiative 21. Alben rushes into the next room and decides that lightning might work well here. He moves to in front of the Dread Guard and cast Shocking Grasp Attack: 22 Damage: 1, hitting the Guard. Knowing that the enemy can't make an opportunity attack because of his spell he backs up to be in front of Shadow.
Fario moves to right above Laladak and makes two attacks His Longsword Attack: 12 Damage: 10 followed by the Shortsword Attack: 15 Damage: 11, hitting it both times.
Fellian 12 hears to sounds of battle and following Tyris through the treasure room he looks in the smaller room and decides that there really isn't room for him, so he casts guidance on Tyris from the doorway.
The Dread Guard will attack (1 = Laladak, 2 = Fario) 2 Fario with both ends of his weapon Attack: 7 Damage: 6 and Attack: 14 Damage: 7, hitting Fario with the spiked end, but not with the blunt side.
Oreus moves into the only free spot in the room and his first blow finishes off the Guard, who falls to pieces.
