Oreus squatting down shouldn't take away the advantage. The purpose of flanking is that you are dividing the attention of the enemy from front and back. Squatting or not the skulk is worried about the guy behind him thus giving Laladak an advantage.
This skulk is paranoid, so this argument works (probably not on a saner creature)
(Crouching shouldn't matter for flanking with ANY creature. Someone crouched down is just as capable of stabbing you as someone standing up.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The skulk will move 5 feet to get out of the flanked position, provoking opportunity attacks from Shadow and Alben (doesn't provoke from Oreus as his glave has a 10 foot range).
Shadow as you are prone, you will attack with disadvantage.
Alben unless you already have a weapon in hand, I believe (VanderLegion, correct me if I'm wrong) you would only be able to make a unarmed strike, which for you doesn't do any damage.
Assuming you don't kill him, the skulk will snarl something at Laladak in a language that nobody can decipher and attack him with the rapier. Attack: 21 Damage: 4
The rapier blade skitters harmlessly across Laladak's armor.
Here is the new positions
Shadow and Alben make your opportunity attacks (if able)...
Shadow misses his opportunity to deal damage, while Alben decides not to attack.
Oreus does 21 points of non-lethal damage to the skulk, which staggers him, but he doesn't drop. (Try to make the bonus attack after the main attack next time so I don't get confused).
Alben manages the catch the skulk on leg a channeling his shocking grasp carefully, using it to knock him out. The skulk falls unconscious to the ground.
You are out of initiative.
After a minute the light spell on Oreus' glave winks out. You still have a newer light spell on Laladak's greatsword.
"Well" Alben says as he catches his breath "that could have gone better, but we got him, and he is alive"
Alben gets rope from his pack and ties up the skulk. After the skulk is tied up Alben removes the mask, all weapons, equipment, and items from the skulk, leaving only enough clothing to be modest.
Alben removes the wolf mask and the rapier, those are his only possessions. He is naked and kind of transparent. You can see the floor underneath him, but you can't see his bones.
Are you going to wait for him to wake up on his own, or speed things up?
Tyris and Alben are up
(Crouching shouldn't matter for flanking with ANY creature. Someone crouched down is just as capable of stabbing you as someone standing up.)
Tyris launches another arrow at the skulk.
Attack: 15 Damage: 4
Tyris' arrow narrowly misses the skulk.
Alben takes a 5ft step and administers a healing potion to the downed shadow. Restoring 7

... and then back to the party
Oreus finally can mull his glaive and hit the skulk, without intention to kill him but just to knock him out
"He must know something"
BONUS ACTION: Attack: 25 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
ACTION: Attack: 20 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

Also you need to reroll the bonus attack damage as it 1d4+4 not 1d10+4

BEEFTOWN LUV TAP: Attack: 17 Damage: 19
I got alot a doods
Shadow's attacks seems to hurt the skulk badly, but he is still standing.
Laladak's attack misses the skulk.
Alben, having no non-lethal damage available, uses shocking grasp, aiming for the skulk's legs or arms, hoping it will not kill the target.
Alben takes a 5ft step to get to the skulk and attacks: 18 damage: 7
Alben manages the catch the skulk on leg a channeling his shocking grasp carefully, using it to knock him out. The skulk falls unconscious to the ground.
