Oreus smirks at Ladalak's mad manner and then pokes to see if there is something interesting, there is indeed but it is out of his budget.

Laladak moves to the counter and puts the lab and other things on the counter for the wizard to inspect.

The wizard puts a finger in one of the flasks of powder and putting the finger in his mouth tasting the powder, he spits it out saying "Worthless". Next he looks at the hardened sludge, he raises an eyebrow and dismisses it entirely. He studies the lab for several minutes, finally grunting in satisfaction. He says "I will give you 475gp for the Lab and 5 more for the glass flasks. If you buy some of my products, no less than 250 gp, I will give you 505 for the lot."

 (Sorry we must have been posting at the same time as I didn't see this post. He only has 2 potions of healing in stock right now and you can get them a lot cheaper at the Church of St. Cuthbert. I will let you rephrase your question either before or after he looks at the items)

Laladak looks at the prices and suggests to group they buy their potions at the Church. Laladak asks, "Na, I dont plan on buying anything here, so I suggest we just take the gold." 

"Ok, I hope you kid know what you are doing" So saying he hands you 480gp.

"Lets head back to the Church, buy those potions, and rest. We have a big day tomorrow." 

Oreus thinks Ladalak is right and he follows suit

Tyris nods and follows. "I could use a rest."

As Laladak leaves the store he yells back "See ya later old man!" 

Upon entering St. Cuthbert's an acolyte sees you and escorts you to Jenya's office. She looks at Shadow and Oreus and asks "Are you two also seeking the stolen kids?" Turning to the others she asks "What do you have to report?"

"Anybody amongst us good at talking to people?" 

There are lots of dangers we have encountered in our search, we had to come for a rest and to buy some healing potions, we can’t help anyone if we die before we get there.

Potion of Healing Are 40gp and 

Potion of Greater healing are 240gp and there are even more powerful potions if your purse is large enough. "

10 potions of healing then? Can someone carry the extras?

 Any spell that doesn't have an area of effect or deals damage can be made into a potion or a scroll. Here there is a 1 in 4 possibility of a non Healing divine potion is available when you ask for it. If they don't have it it takes 1d4 days to prepare. 

You can also request potions from Vortimax Weer (the old wizard you just visited), it also will take 1d4 days to prepare. 

 Jenya rings a bell and an acolyte appears, she sends him to get the 10 potions. You hand over 400gp (leaving 80gp from the sale of the lab). 10 minutes later the acolyte comes back with the 10 potions. Jenya raises her hand in the precise manner and imparts a blessing of the party,  concluding with "May they find those poor orphans safely"

Cool. I vote we fast forward to getting back inside the dungeon. 

Works for me.  Take a rest in the temple then head back into the dugneon?
