“Let me then. I’ll scout and see what I can find out. I’ll be back shortly.” Sinak pulls the hood of his cloak over his pink hair and kneels for a moment, saying a prayer, then heads toward the area around the warehouse, watching for sentries or movement, trying to get a glimpse of what may be inside, or who might be guarding the warehouse.
Sinak approaches the warehouse unseen, he doesn’t notice any guards and cannot see or hear anything in the warehouse. The overpowering smell of Candle Lane means that doing a sniff check isn't useful or pleasant. He can see a small window at the back of the building on the 2nd story.

Cat shudders as a chill runs down her spine. She sticks close to Eilla and Kelytha. "I don't like this, not one bit..."She whispers as she draws her wand and gets ready for something to jump out of the darkness at her and her companions.
When Sinak gets back, Eilla asks for the plan. "So. Three main ways to enter, the front door down here, a back door up on the street above, and the big warehouse doors? Or I guess we could try opening one of the windows. Lots of options. How do we proceed?"
Kelytha runs at the front door. She hits the door with a mighty crash, the lock audibly breaks and the door swings open. Kelytha stumbles into the warehouse as the door opens. She sees tables and chairs that have been carelessly tossed across the floor. The corpses of a dozen men lie along the walls, their rapiers and daggers lying nearby. On the north side of the area, stairs rise to an open level above.

Sinak sticks to the shadows, hugging up against the wall, not rushing in, getting ready to spot anyone who moves inside and counterattack those who bust in.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
@Twombley can you confirm if Sinak has moved into the warehouse or is still outside. If you want to Stealthily move into the warehouse please roll a Stealth check.

Sinak manages to creep into the warehouse undetected. The bodies on the floor are clearly dead, but with his passive perception he can hear breathing, something is still alive in here.

Ballen will shrug slightly and wander on up to the house casually, keeping only the occasional eye out for anything unusual until she gets inside. "Dead bodies? That's not suspicious."
As the rest of the party enters the warehouse Sinak remains hidden by the back wall. You all notice one of the bodies move and shift as two small Beholder-Kin that had clearly been feeding on the corpses fly into the air.

Of note, he’s looking for other possible routes of entry, making an entry plan for team Bucket.

"I suggest we proceed like this," Kelytha says, and will run at whichever door they are closest to and attempt to shoulder barge it open.
