So... did Violet manage to get a Hex on someone during the first round, or was she not able to find a target through the fog? And... um... what exactly is our friendly neighborhood Beholder's penalty for failing her save? Is she frightened or...? And if she is frightened... of who/what?

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

Cuz of the fog you won’t be able to see them, Violet is currently on a syscodelic high at the moment so nothing gameplay wise has affected you but if you were to do something it would probably be at disadvantage it’s only for the round
NPCs are up
attacks on garmuk 2210 as a hobgoblin attack with is longsrowd
damge 75
you see a humans shot an arrow and it explodes into many dex saves from garmuk and Xis or take 18 on fail half on success

Violet decides to try to end the flying threat of the aarakocra... she will use her action to cast Mind Sliver on the bird man, and she will use Quickened Spell to use Hold Person as a bonus action to paralyze him and make him fall from the sky and hopefully take fatal fall damage.
Mind Sliver damage on a failure (INT save, DC 16): 7 and subtract 1d4 from his next saving throw (that being a DC 16 Wis save for Hold Person)

Namor continued flying toward the aarakocra, then took two swings. "Sorry bud, but we're winning this!"

(Sorry for being late, Great weekend IRL)
Xis will look about for anyone very hurt.
If anyone nearby he will use his Dragon Breath 15' cone Dex 14 or take 19 Thunder Damage; Save for half (He will make sure not to hit any good guys and get more than one bad guy, if possible)
If he sees someone very hurt he will move over to them (and can do w/o AOO) and cast Cure Wounds 15
If any bad guys in 15 they take 19' Radiant Damage

Garmuk, if he is near an enemy will attack the enemy. If not he will ready an attack yell COME AT ME YOU COWARDS HIDING IN THE MIST and move deeper into the fog looking for a target
She casts Dissonant Whispers on the Tabaxi who just attempted to stab Xis (DC 16 Wis save or take 11 Psychic damage and run as far away from Violet as he can, half damage on success. Also, if he runs I believe that will provoke an opportunity attack from Xis).
