Jared, you notice that he does not seem honestly in trouble (maybe trying to set up a trap), and for the two of you that rolled perception, you notice another guy slip up behind Eris and try to take the package while the first guy is trying to distract you. (sleight off hand check was the eight.)

Eris clutches the package and says "Hey, get away from there you thief! Hey guys, could use a hand over here. "

Jared hefted his warhammer ready to strike if the thieves who were caught starts a fight. 

He roared to get their attention then simply said. "your move."

As Jared yells out, the thief and four more figures step out of the crowd and three draw swords, the other two drawing crossbows. You can’t see any of their faces, as they have them covered. It seems that they want the package (and gold) bad enough to kill for it if stealth fails.

Roll initiative!

(So Eli, what you’ll want to do is go to your character sheet and look at the initiative modifier. You can either roll it there by tapping on the number and report the result to me or you can roll it here on the thread by typing [roll]1d20+x[/roll ] without the space and with x being your initiative modifier.)

Hearing Eris call out, Jedri stops mid-step and turns on their heels, swinging their bow into their hand in the same action. "Please refrain from extending any appendages beyond your personal radius!"

"Guys, this is getting serious. Help!"

Jared got his warhammer and shield out, covering the person with the box keeping it out of sight of the thieves. He eyes the thieves as they shift positions slowly, he shifts with them.

"C'MON!"

Order goes Ember, Jedri, Eris, Jared, Bandits.

The bandits are spread out around 15 ft away for the ones with swords, and 25 ft for the ranged ones. The crowd of people begins to back away as weapons are drawn. 

Ember is up!

Ember pulls out a sword and engages with one of the sword wielding thieves, slashing and kicking them.

Short Sword: Attack: 9 Damage: 6

Unarmed Strike: Attack: 26 Damage: 8

Jedri is up!

Seeing the bandits aren't backing down, Jedri looses an arrow at one of the crossbow-wielders.
[Longbow: 24 for 16 piercing damage]

Eris will cast Mold Earth under his feet and raise himself up on a cube of earth; moving himself above everyone and out of reach. 

If not, he will cast Produce Flame at the closest bad guy. Attack: 16 Damage: 4

The longbow arrow slams into one’s chest, hurling him back off his feet and dropping him dead. 

(You’re on a stone platform so I’ll allow the first)

Jared is up!

Seeing the box out of reach, he will approach a bandit and attack.

Attack: 11 Damage: 12

Jared bashes the bandits head-and shoulders- in with a mighty blow from his warhammer. 

The remaining bandit with a sword takes a cut at Ember and then turns and runs 30 ft away. Attack: 10 Damage: 3

The bandit with a crossbow fires a bolt at Erky and turns to run as well.: Attack: 7 Damage: 9

Do I get an opportunity attack?
