OOC No. I missed this sorry. I will say the spell slot is not spent. Apologises for the goof!
Bandit 2 drops his weapon on the ground and hangs his head.
OOC Combat has ended unless the party wishes to continue!
"I...please spare my son," the older man says gesturing at the dying man on the ground at the base of the large trees they had taken cover.
They are all, now that the party has time to recognize it, wearing similar colors and armor bearing a symbol. The younger man on the ground is wearing an amulet of this symbol around his neck, his body is scorched and bloodied.

"I will not harm you either but why were you pursuing my friends and colleagues," Elliðaey asks as Ozlem begins to trudge over through the muddy road their heavy footfalls churning up the soddened earth. "We are the Scholars of Allsight and should not evoke any such assault," the monk says her tone firm but her expression a mix of shock as well as disgust!
The rain is still falling but now in earnest! Lightening streaks across the sky and thunder rumbles in the distance. The weather is getting worst and the party has still hours to travel down Lion's Way to Candlekeep!
The second the threat is gone, Eila throws down the warhammer vaguely towards Jade's direction and sprints over to the dying man - not even waiting to be asked. She slides down on her knees into the mud beside him, lays her hands on the worst of his wounds, and hurries through the verse to cast 2nd level Cure Wounds for 12. As he stirs, she pulls him up to sitting against the trunk of the large tree. "Careful, careful son you're safe now. Fighting's over."
Li-Anne walks around growling and licking her wound. She is anxious but stays away from the man and his unconscious son being healed. Just in case anyone tries something stupid, she stays in her new, furry form.
"Grrrooowl..."she roars pacing nervously.
If the situation is stable, she just drops to the ground and rolls the 1200 pound body of a bear on the ground to scratch it with joy.

Seeing Li-Anne is injured Elliðaey goes over to her companion's bear form and offers up a regular healing potion.
"Here my friend, " Elliðaey unstoppers the bottle of ruby liquid and offers it to the bear as Ozlem joins her anxiously poised for the same reason as Li-Anne, they remain an enemy to the warforged regardless of their suffering and surrender.
"Interesting new...companions," Ozlem says their voice is slightly more humanoid than one would expect coming from mithril innards but it's husky and intelligent sounding with the slightest musicality!
"Religion," Elliðaey replies but says nothing else on the matter awaiting Li-Anne's bear form to drink the potion or not.
"You aid of our attackers seems....an odd choice," Ozlem then says to Eila their large towering metallic frame is cloaked in a plain gray cloak with softer gray robes.
The stand nearly 7ft tall and have a heavy mithril frame if one could see beneath the robes but the head, neck, and hands that are exposed show intricate and powerful machinery.
"Oz," Elliðaey says in a soft tone calling the metallic humanoids attention.
"I...deactivated did I not," Ozlem asks Elliðaey who nods. "They sought to murder us both in cold blood wholly unprovoked," they press looking now to Olivandra. "Are you injured my friend," they did ask moving towards Ollie with once again heavy booted foot steps.
"Tie them up," Elliðaey says next her tone decidedly less diplomatic now. "Anyone who might object, isn't in a place to do so," she adds next looking over the party. "We will take them to Candlekeep which is the nearest authority and turn them over for judgment," she explains her inner dipolmat winning out but her tone and expression blank, nearly unreasonable!
Her tone and expression are completely alien to the party. For once they now can perceive her as a seasoned warrior and leader not just a jovial scholar who enjoys simple pleasures. This is a moment to mark about their companion.

Millicent checked over the body of the dead man for identifying marks, letters or other explanations for his presence. She also took in his clothing, hairstyle, jewellry and any body modifications....the body just another book to be sifted through for knowledge.
Her disquiet with the outburst of violence had dissapated much quicker this time...perhaps she was becoming used to it....
Suddenly, as the bear is on his back, rolling on the grass, it's size begins to shrink. It gets smaller and smaller... After a second, in his place there is Li-Anne, a small, green haired gnome... "Phew..."she spits something from her mouth... "I think I still have a piece of his arm in my mouth..." she says in horror. "Anyone got something to drink?"she looks at the potion offered by Ellidaey "No, thank you.... I'm fine... The damage do not transfer between the forms..." she says merrily and starts looking for her ride "BAAAAAAAAAAAANEEEEEEE!"she shouts but then, she spots Ozlem "WHAT ARE YOU?" she asks while walking slowly with her eyes sparkling with curiosity.

"I don't care, I'm still free. You can't take the sky from me..."
Seeing Bandit 2 reel back from the blow Jade just landed, Eila ducks out from behind Jade's shield and takes another swing with her war hammer.

Honorary Leader in the Pixie Peewee Powderpuff Pals!
Seeing the bandit leader fall, Jade sees no sense in further killing today.
"It's over. Yield!" She demands of bandit 2
