Joorin makes an ernest attempt to deescalate the situation, appealing for restraint from the guard known as Perkins. Standing unarmed between two enemies, she realizes the futility of her predicament. Her shoulder slump ever so slightly and she nods at Joorin. “I yiel…” she is in the process of saying as she is struck in the side of the head by Luci’s critical eldrich blast. Her limp body flies a few feet before landing in motionless heap.
At this point Parr Ker emerges from the shadows at top speed, appealing for the rest of the crew to retreat. She makes it all the way through the records room and almost to the top of the basement stairs without encountering any resistance.
Having taken a blow for her efforts in stabilizing Perkins, and seeing multiple guards fall, Windarë decides its best to retreat herself. IIf they're are any opponents in melee range she will Disengage. Otherwise she will Dodge. In either case, she makes for the nearest door. (Presumably the curators office.) From there she heads through the other rooms towards the guard break room. (Or as far as her 30 ft movement gets her.)
(I'm a bit unsure of exact proximity of guards that are still conscious, thus my multiple choice action.)
After hearing Parr call for a retreat, Windarë begins moving cautiously towards the exit. She makes it to the open door between the Break room and the Records room and readies herself to dodge any incoming violence. From there she can see Parr Ker holding the Murkmire Stone, ready to decend to the basement.
Round 5 starts:
4 guards lay in the Grand Entrance, the original guard is stable, Billy is asleep, Perkins and Craig are unconscious and dying.
Guard 5 & Guard 6 are in melee with Dubh and Joorin near the door to the Curator’s office. Guard 7 is at the bottom of the stairs, having just arrived on scene.
Luci is in the Curator’s office with a view of the melee and Parr and Windarë have started to retreat to the basement.
Dubh, realizing some of his party is abandoning him, considers just cutting and running... But alas, they had the ability to run because he was deep in the thick of it and engaging the guards. If he ran now he had no doubt he'd be the one who was caught. Best then to make a fight of it. Dubh lashes out at first the one and then the other guard...
Dubh Shortsword Attach vs Guard 5: 17to hit, 8damage
Dubh unarmed attack vs Guard 6: 13 to hit, 5damage

Luci just shakes his head in frustration over some of the crew abandoning the rest. He was not about to leave someone in the crew behind. Instead he places his Hex on the closest guard and unleashes another fiery red beam of eldritch force against it.
Dubh fights on! His shortsword connects leaving a bloody gash in the guard’s shoulder but his follow up kick just barely misses.
Guard 5 counters with a sword strike of his own, but Dubh dodges out of the way. Guard 6 is undeterred by the kick wizzing past his face so he continues to focus on Joorin, stabbing clumsily, but the mage armor holds once more.
Guard 7 (who you might recognize as the young man who was collecting tickets at the gala) has seen more carnage in the past few seconds then he ever wanted to see in his life. He makes a break for the main doors, his motives unclear. A dash action allows him to cross the entire Grand Entrance to where he now stands at the main doors fumbling in his belt pouch for his key.
2 additional guards arrive on the staircase to see the chaos in the room below. They are greeted by another body hitting the floor as Luci’s blast finishes off Guard 5.
Joorin decides to begin making a retreat in an orderly fashion. He doesn't want to just leave Dubh and Lucifer after all.
Move: 25' towards the exit into the basement while keeping a line of sight into the grand hall. (This will provoke from the guard that I am in melee with, but I am feeling pretty lucky)
Action + Reaction: hold an action to cast Fire bolt if any of the guards pursue.
If held action procs: Attack:12 Damage 6
Free: Talking (no attempt to persuade or intimidate here...just state facts): "I don't want to kill anyone we don't have to. We got what we came for. Don't give chase and the rest of you can see tomorrow. "

Windarë is a bit surprised to now be holding the very Murkmire Stone, and just as surprised to see Parr. "Where did you come from?" In relative safety standing back in the break room, she tries to position herself to look out into the main hall to see how the rest of the team is doing. Given Joorin's comments to the guards, she will ready Sacred Flame but wait to see if any of the guards pursue or otherwise attack one of the team members before launching the attack at them. (DEX Save DC 13 or take 3 radiant damage)
Joorin makes it to the door between the Curator’s office and the Records room, taking a slash for 4 damage from Guard 6 along the way. As he moves, he hears Parr. “Ca-caw! Let’s go!”
Windarë is not able to see into the Grand Entrance from her position but she is able to see Joorin and she readies her spell to protect him if he comes under attack.
Parr looked between Windarë and Joorin, " From the Gemstone Room of course."
" Take the stone to the Professor or all this wanton slaughter is for nothing!"
" I will try and convince our bloodthirsty ' friends' to stop this insanity."
" The job is almost done! Don't sacrifice the innocents of this town for no reason."
She turned to head back towards Dubh and Luci, reversing her blades to try and knock out the guards rather than kill them.
" At least the Xanathars people killed for money.........this is senseless bloodlust.....", she muttered to herself. " And I will die because of it."
Parr ran back into the records room and towards the door, the scene of slaughter bringing her back to the punishments meted out to her and her friends by her keepers....
( Movement back to the records room. I figure that was a lot of talking so likely takes up her action. BA Hide.)

Round 6:
Dubh continues to stab wildly at anything that moves, causing a stab wound to Guard 6 but missing with a punch. After an initial wince, the man’s expression turns to a wicked smile and he begins to carefully back away from the meat grinder known as Dubh Dhiabal (Disengage).
Surveying his surroundings, he takes a few steps to the north until he comes within 5’ of the nearby statue which was previously observed to be giving off an aura of transmutation. The entire crew feels a pulse of arcane energy, but only Dubh is in a position to see the statue come to life and look around for the nearest intruder.
Animated Statue Initiative: 15
Guard 6 continues carefully moving north (still benefiting from his disengage action) until he reaches the spot where Craig lies, bleeding out. Crouching over his colleague, he looks for some way to help him. Guards 8 & 9 move to his side and take up defensive positions flanking him. “Jacobs, you idiot,” one of them says. “The Curator will have your head for that.”
“Better she has it than one of these bandits,” responds Guard 6 aka Jacobs.
Guard 7 neither sees nor hears any of this. He has successfully opened the main doors and fled into the night.
Guard 10 & 11 arrive on the stairs. (For those who are counting, all 12 guards are now accounted for)

Seeing everything falling apart, a guard slipping away and an overwhelming force bearing down on Dubh, Luci briefly considers simply surrendering himself to end this farce of a heist, but then he calls out to the still fighting tiefling. "Appreciate the effort but I believe it is time to call it a night." He then touches his ring again, calling upon his eldritch magic to creat an image of the curator standing with her hands up as if to stop the guards' attack, hopefully distracting them long enough for Dubh to retreat. Luci then makes his way towards the secret tunnel, hoping they can at least deliver the egg to the good doctor before being scooped up by local law enforcement.
Joorin continues his methodical retreat, making it to the break room and preparing himself to firebolt the first hostile he sees.
Luci gives his directions to Dubh in a hushed tone so as not to be overheard by the guards before moving to the records room. His illusion is enough to confuse the guards momentarily.
The statue, being an unthinking construct programmed to attack the nearest person (and also having rolled a -1 insight), swings at Alda’s image, it’s stone fist passing through her body and alerting the somewhat more intelligent guards as to the true nature of the illusion.
Parr joins Luci in the record room, passing Jorrin along the way. To her relief, she heard Luci call for a retreat as she attempts to fade into the shadows (Stealth roll on your next turn please).
(I just need Windarë’s post to finalize this round)

She then moves back into the break room to cover Windarë.

Nursing the slash down one side from the guard, Joorin looks with trepidation as the statue comes to life.
"Luci...it's time to call it. I don't think Dubh will retreat unless you tell him to. Let's get out of here."
Joorin summons another bolt of flames, this time to throw at the statue before heading for the stairs himself.
