You recognize her as the person who helped Becklin lower Ispin's boat into the water, so you realize she was a good friend of Ispin's.
"I'm 'Cudgel' Ironsmile, an old friend of Ispin's and captain of the Ironclad Regiment, a mercenary company. We're camped a bit outside of Vogler. I'm looking forward to participating in the Battle of High Hill re-enactment tomorrow afternoon during the Kingfisher Festival. Will you be participating?", she asks.
