Karea moves south and gets into some shade and makes their attack with advantage.
3 bugbears moving towards the forest where Klarg's hideout was. Biding his time, he spots one who stops to piss that is 120 ft from the others.
Initiative for Karea:

Bugbear Boss 17 , Bugbear A 12, Bugbear B 21
Karea Initiative 23
Bugbear B initiative 21

Against the Redbrands in the room, Lena likens their predicament to fish in a barrel. Her willingness to be merciful exhausted by the sins she has already seen here, and the complicit behaviour of any other Redbrands is proof enough of their guilt to her. She leads their trio into the room with her crossbow chiming as the string hums a melody from the speed of her reloads and shots.
If she sees a darkened corner of the room, by the door, she will make for it, otherwise she retreats into the corridor allowing Matheris and Faith to get into the room past her.
Attacks in order, moving around the room, closest Rebdrand first, move on once dead. I'll roll everything with sharpshooter, but if she can clearly see that one is near death, she will shoot normally (+5 to hit, -10 damage) just to ensure the hit.
Action - Attack | To hit (with adv): 11 | Damage: 14
Action - Extra Attack | To hit (with adv): 19 | Damage: 18
Action - Dread Ambusher Attack | To hit (with adv): 23(crit) | Damage: 33 (Actual max Damage...)
Bonus Action - XBE Attack | To hit (with adv): 20 | Damage: 18
Faith follows Lena into the room, eyes struggling only briefly to comprehend the confusion of her flurry of attacks. He sees her approach.
He attacks the Redbrand Ruffian closest to him that Lena has not attacked. Trying to create a blitz of force that leaves them on the back foot and struggling to know which of them is yet to be attacked.
Once the fiery Eldritch Blasts of his magic have been fired forth, he steps to the side of the door, looking for any cover he can duck behind
Lena moves in and 3 of 4 bolts hit killing the ruffians in one shot each. A blur of movement with precision as she shook off the initial miss refocusing her skills to an art. The three Redband ruffians slump over as Faith moves in and blast the last remaining Redband pummeling them to death as they sat in disbelief of their circumstances only somewhat aware of their fate.
Matheris goes in, "Well, you two didn't leave me much to take care of now did ya." Smirking as he sees he's not needed.
The wealth in the room is all on the table, having been bet in the game. The total amounts to 75 cp, 55 sp, 22 ep, 15 gp, and a gold earring set with a tiny ruby (30 gp).
XP 150 each

So, I had you track the Bugbears through the forest and setup an encounter. Mosk is the bugbear leader Boss with 2 other bugbears. One stopped to relieve themselves and you have the advantage, invisibility and surprise 30 ft away. The other bugbears are north of you by 120 ft.
You can ignore this if you so choose, and I can keep you at the hideout with the other's if you wish.

Karea hunter's marks the trailing bugbear, then, staying hidden and not starting combat until she's ready, tries to take out the bugbear before it has a chance to alert the others. She should get two consecutive turns once she triggers combat, due to surprise. She invisibly closes to melee range, then lashes out with her rapier and fists. She circles around the bugbear, knowing that that should prevent it from being able to even correctly target her with an attack, if it survives her barrage.
Attack: 22 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Attack: 23 Damage: 10
2 (+ 1 if first hit is crit) sneak attack damage added to an above attack.
