“Mmm. I don’t know about the circus, not really my thing. The guards talked about how annoying it is. I didn’t ask about where the statue would be, you need to be subtle with these things dear. Maybe I should try the Spa after a few games, ahh a Spa would be nice on my old legs. Best to wait until we are well away from the casino before we contact the High Priestess, who knows what sort of magic they have got going on and the High Priestess wouldn’t be pleased if we implicate her in any crimes. That's why she is sending you lot and you won't get much help from me after we arrive, that way the temple doesn’t lose anything if you fail as long as you keep your mouths shut.”

"That's gotta be pretty awkward at family gatherings," Sorith replies to Falkas before she falls silent, listening to the others talk amongst themselves, though three of them were beginning to give her a headache. Ugh, there's threeof him now. What is with elves and their ilk always using unneeded flowery language? Well, except Bread Boy, anyway.
Standing at 6'7" Sorith possibly towers above the rest of the party, her muscular form covered in cerulean blue scales. Rather than being clad in any sort of armor, however, Sorith's choice of clothing is rather simple and suited for travel. She wears a burnt ochre vest that's halfway buttoned at the front, partially obscuring her off-white undershirt from view, the heavily shredded sleeves stopping halfway down her biceps. She also sports a pair of simple ash-black breeches, of which stop a couple of inches above her ankles, while her hands and feet are covered in off-white wraps that tend to be mistaken for bandages.
At the mention of animals, however, the barbarian visibly perks up. "I hope they have ponies. I've always wanted one but mom always said no when I'd ask. Come to think of it, how big is this statue-thing? What if it gets stuck when you try to fit it in the bucket?"
((OOC: I'm curious as to what you're hinting at with the drake's tooth, Kudos.))
"Nice bucket, is that one of them magic ones that you don't have to empty out too often. Waste of magic if you ask me, but the cleaners have a good union. You can probably fit the statue in that. Best to check it isn’t full of old dirty water first."

Falkas rests the mop on his shoulder as they walk, "We gotta take a boat to the casino, I don't believe there's an anti-magic anything there if their mirrors are magical, yeah? Perhaps we could assume inside the vault may have something like that."He sniffs, looking up at Sorith, "I.. just, well I bet there's a pony somewhere, but you're gonna have to use your muscles to push it into the magic bucket. Now, we should probably make sure there's a boat waiting for us just in case we need a fast way out, get grandma to send a message while we're at sea and bam! Portal out, job done. Just I'd be careful mentioning the name Tymora up around this casino as it's watched over by an evil rival of her."

Chrys returns from her scouting, and lands beside the party. "About 3 miles to go to get to the docks. Unfortunately, looks like there might be more hostile creatures, maybe more drakes 'tween here and there. If we had some sort of communication, like sending stones or a telepath with us, I could watch from above and direct you around them, but I don't think me hollering from 50 feet up is conducive to stealthy travelling.
"By the way, In a lot of the bards' tales I hear of great heists, they're always smuggling someone into the vault in a box or something. I'm small enough that you might be able to get me on the inside in some way, maybe in a chest with a false bottom or something. Maybe even in that bucket, although I don't think those things have any air in them, so I could only be inside a few minutes at most."
Sinak looks at their surroundings, examining for tracks, listening for sounds of any drakes in the area, trying to skirt around them. He smiles and continues to plan their ruse as they are walking, listening to all of the options available. He holds his raven amulet as he focuses on the ground and the sights from his eyes and sounds in the distance.
"The statue, not a pony," Sorith corrects, arching an eyeridge in Falkas's direction, "a pony would die in there."
When Crys flies back and mentions having seen more of the drakes, the dragonborn ponders trying to search for any signs of them, only to watch as Sinak tries to do so instead. Silently, she watches the drow's attempt to find signs of the other beasts, only for him to remain silent. Figuring that Sinak found nothing, Sorith slows her pace and tries to pick out any signs that may reveal if any of the drakes are nearby.
Sorith is able to guide the party safely to the docks. Her intrinsic understanding of Drakes allows her to predict and avoid them. At the docks you see an Inn and two boats.

The Inn isn't very large. You get the impression it is just here to service boats travelling the river. There is a lot of noise coming from the Inn, it seems quite rowdy.

...are where we catch a boat, and it will take us to the Afterlife Casino, dropping us off at the casino's docks, shown on the map?
Does that also mean that the only official entrance to the Afterlife Casino is via boat? Can we see the casino from where we are now? Is it like an island in a bay? Or are these boats just on a river or some sort of canal?)
Yes the main entrance to the casino is by boat. You know of no other way to get there. There are many boats on the river and this is a stop, as is the casino. However most people probably don't portal into the middle of the forest.

With my Lady’s favor, I can cast a spell that makes a magical item appear normal, or a normal item appear magical. It might help us to take away or hide the magical aura of this statue, to avoid detection.” He turns to Vrek, “Do you know, is this statue magical? Have your heard that it has magical properties, and a detect magic will locate it, or see it? Anyway, that might come to some use.” He walks on, then gets excited as they find the inn and the dock, a spring returns to his step. “We are almost there. A boat ride is needed, yes?”

(Where are we in relation to the casino? Do we travel by boat to get there?)
(OOC: Similar question.
The party needs to get a boat per comment #57. The map of the Afterlife Casino also shows "docks" at the bottom left.
