“Hello Ern, pleased to meetcha and be part of the team, my name’s Sinak. Well’ard is right, it’s all official from TR, he’s the boss now and ole Quentin is down in Hell, in remedial training. So … where’s the bathroom? I’ve got to find my mop….. Hey! Falkas, Elovar! I got the job! Isn’t that awesome? Gonna get this place spick and span, after I learn where everything is and get my supplies of course. Gotta find a mop. Maybe I can get you an “employee discount” on a cinnamon bun or a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, who knows!” *wink and elbowing Ern with a smile*. “What have you two been up to? Do you have to drain the weasel as much as I do?” Sinak looks at everyone, clearly much more at ease.
"There you are!"Falkas walks over and puts his hands on Sinak's arms, "We have been looking everywhere for you! I, uh, know just where a mop is away from here."He looks at Well'ard, then back to Sinak, "I could definitely do with a hard drink with a discount, there's so much to tell you."

Ern replies "Yeah there are facilities just off the employee lounge over there" He points to the next door over. "Well new guy if you can look after these two then I should be getting back to the floor. Mops and stuff are in the launderette, that's A7 on your employees map. And no, new guys don't get a discount on drinks before they have done any work."

“Righto. See ya later Ern. Gonna go shake the dew off my lily and get my supplies then start making a cleaning route. C’mon fellas, the bathroom is this way, then we’ll go back to the floor. I’ve got work to do, brother.” Sinak starts sauntering off toward A7 and motions for Falkas and Elovar to join him, waving good bye to Ern.

Hey! Falkas, Elovar! I got the job! Isn’t that awesome?
Elovar's surprise quickly turns into a happy, relieved smile. He talks across the other conversations:
"Sinak! It's good to see you again."
"See? I told you we'd find him safe and sound."
"Thank you for your help."
"Sinak, your brother was so worried when you got separated."
"Well’ard, if you're in charge now, we just wanted to put in a good word for Ern, here. Top notch service! Really showing great attention to your patrons' satisfaction."
"Yes. We should be fine now. Don't let us keep you, Ern. Thanks again for all of your help."
Sinak starts sauntering off toward A7 and motions for Falkas and Elovar to join him, waving good bye to Ern.
(OOC: Confused. I think that we entered one of the two doors (not sure which one) to the A18 hallway and were taken to the office at A14. Ern is leaving the staff area, and the employee lounge that Ern mentioned is at A13, according to the map that we got earlier. Do you really mean that Sinak is taking them immediately out of the employee area and across the casino over to A7, which was listed as the laundry room on that earlier map?)
When they're alone, Falkas reaches behind his back and the mop reappears in his grasp and he twirls it a little awkwardly as they walk. "The statue is the reward for winning the tournament and the money I assume is still in the vault."

Instead of heading south and turning east as he indicated verbally when Ern was present, Sinak holds up, holding Falkas and Elovar back with his hands. “Hold up, I need to see, if these halls and rooms have been cleaned recently, they may be the filthiest! I may need to start here…”. As he says this, he’s watching the back of Ern, waiting for him to make the turn around the corner and out of view. Sinak backs up and actually heads north a little down that hallway. Then, his demeanor changes.
“Good to see you guys, you won’t believe where I’ve been, what I had to go through to get this!” He holds up his security card, and shoots them a smile. In a hushed low voice, he says “Where is the statue? What sort of headway have you made? Tell me quickly, I may need to continue checking rooms, “looking for where needs mopping the most”” he says, and chuckles.

“Good to see you guys, you won’t believe where I’ve been, what I had to go through to get this!” He holds up his security card, and shoots them a smile.
"You mean your little trip to Acheron?", Elovar says with a slight chuckle. "Yes, Falkas somehow knew about that. Why do you think we came to rescue you? But it looks like you did fine on your own. Good job on getting hired!"
In a hushed low voice, he says “Where is the statue? What sort of headway have you made? Tell me quickly, I may need to continue checking rooms, “looking for where needs mopping the most”” he says, and chuckles.
In response to that question, Elovar tries to fill him in quickly: "The statue appears to be on display in the tournament room." If Sinak has the map out, Elovar points out the location of the display case. "It's locked in a display case with a guard nearby. No idea whether it's the genuine article, but if it is, I assume that there are additional magical wards on the statue or the cabinet."
"Sorith has actually entered the tournament on behalf of one of the players, and Chrys went back there to keep an eye on the dragonborn in case she needs backup. We're not sure where 12 or the svirfneblin are at the moment."
"The tournament will run for a while. The final round may not even take place until tomorrow. I wouldn't trust that the game is on the level, but if Sorith wins, then I guess she'll get the statue. If anyone else wins, we'll need to decide whether we're trying to swipe it from the case early or waiting until it's presented to the winner so that we can get it from them."
"But we haven't even had a chance to check out the whole casino, yet. It's tempting to race to the finish line, but we should at least regroup with the others so that we all know the plan before it starts to go down."
Assuming that the map is out, he scans it quickly and asks "What's this 'Virgil' in the treasure vault?"
"If the tournament will take a while, which they usually do, we can figure out how we can disable mirrors in the security room and deal with breaking into the statue case at night or we can maybe get to the circus to let all the animals loose to cause a distraction, yeah? Or combine the two if necessary. and I'd really like to get back to Sorith." Falkas thinks for a moment, "A Virgil in the vault? What?"

“Yeah, Well’ard was evasive about that. I don’t know who the hell Virgil is. Some kind of guard I would imagine. This room, where the monitors are being watched, we need to check that out. See how many are there, take those out first I would imagine. Wanna have a look?” Sinak focuses and gets his cloak of many fashions to become a uniform of sorts, complete with name badge saying “Afterlife Staff - sanitation dept.”. He walks down the hall, looking at his map, motioning them to step back, preparing to enter alone. “Ok? Ready?” asking for last minute input on the plan.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Before Sinak opens the door, Elovar briefly shares his thoughts and abilities with the others: "I have some skill in magic, but I was trying to conserve my strength for the heist itself. If we believe that we can wait until tomorrow to do the actual heist, I would use more of my powers in reconnaissance today. I can create a zone of silence, cloak someone with invisibility, or put people to sleep, if needed. I was thinking that maybe Falkas could steal the statue under the cover of darkness so that it's unclear to security who stole it. If we're stealing the statue from the display case, I could even cast a minor illusion of the statue so that they don't realize that it's missing until a minute after it's gone."
"We have many options, and the easiest one is that we simply win the tournament and walk out with the statue. Otherwise, we need to coordinate with the others first and see whether we can create a multi-pronged plan. Like Falkas said, maybe the circus animals escape, causing chaos. And just then someone gets into the vault and darkness obscures the statue's display case. We also need to give some thought to how we get out and back to the forest so that Vrakhazar can open a portal."
"I can make people glow and be easier to hit and I can bring about any weapon that I want at a moments notice. I need at least an hour of rest before I can do anything more like darkness again." Falkas offers, glancing down the hallway. "Darkness would be our best bet, especially at night when it's more empty."
Elovar agrees. Quick reconnaissance here, and then return to the tournament hall to check in with Sorith, Chrys, and the others. "As far as Chrys knows, all three of us could now be in Acheron."
“Ok? Ready?” asking for last minute input on the plan.
Elovar gives his last minute input: "Since they monitor the security mirrors in there, it would be great if you could get a look at Virgil and find out who or what that is. Should Falkas and I wait for you out here? The security staff may get suspicious if the new guy brings visitors into the security monitoring room."
Sorith, or anyone else in the room, you can use an insight check to see what is going on. Sorith can also use an intimidation check. You can also fold now and still play in the next game, as only one player can win the pot you would have the second most money in the next game by default.
"I'm going back to the tournament, meet us all there once you're done. I'm going to find a place to sit near Sorith or get her out of the game if necessary." Falkas turns to walk away. "These guys believe we're brothers, so just a heads up Sinak." He takes off towards the tournament if any of the doors will open.

Sorith Lahdia raises the pot again. This time by 500. All the other players remain in. Do you match the bet and reveal a die?
Currently Sorith has 875 left
Current pot is: 4500
Current dice are now:
