The wereboar driving the machine is too concerned with making sure the other wereboars are covered with his vehicle and doesn't see Wilfred's arrow coming. The force of the thing literally pulls him out of his seat and he goes sprawling out in the dirt alongside the other two. He is unscathed, as is Wilfred's other target as the arrow hits a wererat, but doesn't do any damage.
One of the wererat looks to the driver's seat and then back to Raggadragga as he lay splayed out on the ground. He thinks about taking the seat and then thinks better of it and points the harpoon at Wilfred. The other wererat points the harpoon at Wilfred as well, following his brother's lead.
Both harpoons fly harmlessly into the air and they start stomping up and down in frustration.
Tornmentor lurches forward as IronMaiden guns it, leaving the Demon's Grinder in the dust as they keep losing passengers to Wilfred's arrows. The Tormentor ends up 130' to the east of the enemie's vehicle, the Devil's Ride still 60' to the south of the Demon Grinder.
Lulu, seeing that the Tormentor is fleeing, speeds off after it happy to move along and make it towards their goal. The large wereboar that just went sailing out of the Demon Grinder, climbs back into his seat and turns towards the Devil's ride, wanting to close the distance but growls at the two other wereboars get to their asses into the vehicle!
Reed rocks slightly on his feet as the Tormentor races off, he waves at Lulu as he sees her following after. Then he takes a breath, braces himself again and goes still. While he knows the Demon Grinder is out of the comfortable distance of his bow, he's hoping that remaining still will help him make the shot.
He draws the bowstring back and lets another arrow race towards the driver of the Demon Grinder. If he can see the arrow reaching its target, Reed nods at the air and then to one of the wereboars if he can see one or a wererat otherwise. The were-creature then hears screeching ghostly wailing in its ears.
Shortbow (9+9 adv from Steady Aim cancelling out dadv from distance) = 18 to hit for (9+16 sneak attack) = 25 magical piercing.
Virro looks at his shield, standing up for a second as they are driving off, but he can't coax anything further out of it. Instead, he takes hold of the harpoon launcher and readies another harpoon. Even though it is a far distance, he aims at the same driver of the Demon Grinder that Reed just hit, trying to see if he can finish him off.
Harpoon (at disadv due to distance) : 16 to hit, for 11 points of piercing damage.
Corlith hears Ironmaiden shout over, but feels Roo might be right. If they run they will be chased and looking over their shoulder doesn't appeal. But letting Roo at them, finishing off the large one that seems to be the leader might just end this now.
"Ok Roo, let's let you at them. I am sending you over to their machine. Go show them what happens when they make a Gallus angry".
He then teleports Roo over to the other vehicle, placed right behind the driver. "Take out the driver, Roo!", he calls out to him even as he takes the control of the Devil's Ride.
He then sends a beam of icy energy towards the Demon Grinder, which splits in two whilst in flight and strikes towards each Wererat.
"Ironmaiden, we need to end this. We don't want to be hunted across this hellscape!", he calls across to the Tormenter.
Bonus Action: 2 Sorcery Points to Quicken - Vortex Warp Roo to just behind the driver of the Demon Grinder - Voice of Authority allows Roo to take a Reaction weapon attack against the driver Action: 1 Sorcery Point to Twin - Ray of Frost at the two Wererats Wererat 1: To Hit: 6+9=15, Damage: 8+7=15 [cold] - if hit, speed reduced by 10ft Wererat 2: To Hit: 12+9=21, Damage: 4+6=10 [cold] - if hit, speed reduced by 10ft Movement: Just gets behind the control of the Devil's Ride Special: Bastion of Law - 5d8 (Activated previously and lasts until his next long rest unless used)
Roo is practically bouncing in the operator's seat of the Devil's Ride when Corlith announces what is about to happen next. If he had lips, or mouth muscles, he'd probably have been grinning. Instead, his eyes widen in that crazed avian way that he's known for before he does something reckless and stupid.
And then he's off, crossing time and space instantaneously from his station aboard the smaller vessel to the driver's seat of the big whatchamacallit.
"Surprise motherclucker!" Roo shouts as he pops into being behind the operator, all two feet and some change of him holding the magic mace above his head. "Let's see if I can knock your eyeballs out your ass! Buck!"
The mace comes up and comes down like a sledgehammer, not unlike that which may be swung by a railway worker in another time and another world.
If the driver survives the first hit, Roo bobs his head, startled that the first hit wasn't enough, then digs down for the second strike. If the driver dies to the first strike, Roo stops the operation of the machine before he dashes, moving as fast as he can to get to the harpoon launchers, clucking and bucking and causing mayhem along the way, before locking onto the closest harpoon operator and unleashing.
"By the flaming feathers of Gallus, I smite thee!" He screams.
Turn Summary
Dice rolls made in Dice Channel on Discord.
Voice of Authority: Booming Blade targeting the driver. 21 to hit. 11 bludgeoning damage from magic mace. 6 thunder damage from Booming Blade, plus 13 thunder damage if the driver moves more than 5 feet voluntarily. Action- Attack w/ Booming Blade: Targeting driver. If not the driver, Roo will go on the offensive against the harpoon operators if he can get to them. 17 to hit with magic mace. 11 bludgeoning damage from the magic mace, plus 5 thunder damage from Booming Blade. Target takes an additional 10 thunder damage if they move more than 5 feet voluntarily. 6 radiant damage from Divine Smite, plus an additional 4 radiant damage if the target is a fiend or undead. Bonus Action- Dash: Roo can dash up to 50 feet if need be. If Roo still has movement and the target isn't dead, he'll use Fancy Footwork to move to cover without provoking an Attack of Opportunity.
Even at disadvantage, both projectiles enter the driving wereboar and he howls in rage. The fur on his leather jerkin becoming red, matted and sticky with his blood.
Before Roo appears in the infernal vehicle, the icy sprays from the Devil's Ride just make their mark as they hit the wererats simultaneously, bloodying the first one.
Raggadragga screams out in surprise, frustration and just plain fury as the Gallus appears behind him and starts shouting at him. The mace comes down HARD. One of his eyeballs does indeed pop out, hanging by the optic nerve against his face and his skull is misshapen with a dent on top, but he still is upright, though doesn't really know where or why he is.
But the second hit... Roo just barely touches him and it's lights out for one of the Warlords of Avernus.
As for the two harpoon operators, they were cowering on the other side of the machine. Roo waits for them inside the machine.
The two wereboars that were hiding behind the vehicle hear their boss fall and clamber back on. Wereboar A sees Roo and attacks, first with his maul and then with his tusks. The maul connects with 7 bludgeoning damage, but the tusks just miss getting through the gleaming armor upon the Gallus's chest. Wereboar B gets into the fight with Roo and does he same. With the same result of the maul hitting with 12 damage, and his tusks getting knocked away.
The Demon Grinder (and Roo) are still 60' N from the Devil's Ride and 130' W from the Tormentor.
Wilfred drops his bow again in frustration. He's not doing any damage. He needs to be closer, but they've started to retreat... Or maybe not. As Corlith shouts, he turns back to see Roo' on top of the Demon Grinder. "Ironmaiden! We need to get back there. I'm gonna drive, you do your magic stuff! I'm no good at this range anyways!"
If Ironmaiden gives up the wheel, Wilfred squeezes in and spins the wheel of the Tormentor and starts heading back towards the Demon Grinder. He is aiming to be slightly behind it, away from the Harpoons.
As Wilfred and IronMaiden trade seats, the wererats in the Demon Grinder turn towards Roo as well. The poor Gallus is finding himself surrounded by lycanthropes.
(Because of the oddity of the machine and seats and space and all that, there is room for all 5, in fact there is room for 8 in this gargantuan machine, but I am not going to include flanking as they attack him - at least not this round....)
Both wererats go on the attack with the intruder in their machine. Not only an intruder, but one that killed their warlord! They bite and stab with their shortswords, but the Gallus is very wiley... but one bite gets through with 3 piercing damage. BUT, Roo must make a CON save of 11 or be cursed with wererat lycanthropy.
Ironmaiden gives Wolf a dissatisfied grunt as they give up the wheel, "if this vehicle becomes inoperable we will all die. Take care that it does not take any more damage" they state before turning to the fighting and illuminating a gem within their arm. Lightning sprouts from the IronMaiden and bolts twice across the expanse between the vehicles kicking up dust in it's wake, before slamming into those visible atop the demon grinder,
(300ft range, if able targeting those attacking Roo. 16 to hit, 9 lightning damage, and 18 to hit, 6 lightning damaged. If any target is hit and still stands then they take an extra 1 Lightning damage at the end of IM's turn)
IM impressed at their own range and accuracy looks to Wilf once more. "To safeguard our vehicle we should continue attacking at range only." But half expects Wolf to disregard such advice.
(If Reed or Virro attack at range and need a +5 to be able to hit, before the next round, then one can apply it as IM's reaction to give a flash of inspiration)
"Is that Roo over there?" Reed asks Virro. "I didn't know he could fly."
He starts to line up an arrow with one of wererats but then IM and Wilfred decide to change positions, so Reed pauses for a second until the Tormentor is more or less staying steady. Reed then takes a breath, holds himself still and seeing that there is only one wererat left, sites along the arrow at the lycanthrope.
Reed nods at one of the wereboars on the ground but then frowns.
"Oh, I'm so sorry that I've been working you too hard," Reed says sarcastically to the air near his head. "You lazy lot can't possibly need another break. You don't do anything."
Shortbow - (1,6, 9 - one re roll from halfling luck, and one from advantage from Steady Aim + 9) = 18 to hit for (11 + 16 sneak attack) = 27 magical piercing.
Virro looks at the two wereboars and points his hand at them, the ghostly hand grabbing and reaching for them once again. 1 hand goes flying through the air and misses the wereboar, the other looks like it hits! Virro pumps his fist and waits to get even closer..
Corlith sits at the unfamiliar controls of the Devil's Ride, and looks back at the fighting on the Demon Grinder. If he tries to get closer, he won't be ale to help Roo, but if he is close enough for them to hear him getting closer wouldn't matter.
"Death comes in many forms, but none as terrifying as an angry Gallus. I will enjoy the hollow ringing as he smashes your empty heads!", he calls out, lacing his words with power and using his bracers to impact tow of the remaining lycanthropes.
He smiles as he sees the Tormenter turn back, Wilf now at the controls and the others peppering the lycanthropes.

(OOC: If either of his targets are gone, he will target any two, or if only one left, the same one twice)
IronMaiden takes out one wererat and Reed takes out the other with his sharp shooting.
Virro and Corlith weaken the wereboars a little and the second one is looking pretty rough, at least to Roo who is close enough to tell. Both of them cringe to Corlith's words, looking at Roo and worried about their skulls after seeing what he did to their leader.
Roo bobs around, watching the carnage unfold and enjoying every second of it. His body shimmers as he calls on some arcane blessing from Gallus, and then zeroes in on the weaker of the two opponents.
"You'll just have to wait your clucking turn!" Roo scoffs to the hardier wereboar. There's nothing left to say. He swings the mace hard to cull the wounded wereboar from the equation.

Movement: Roo stays put Bonus Action- Shield of Faith: Using 1 Spell slot, Roo adds +2 to his AC, making it 22 while concentrating. Action- Booming Blade: Targeting most wounded wereboar. 19 to hit. 6 thunder damage + 11 bludgeoning damage from magical weapon = 17 damage. Wereboar takes an additional 6 thunder damage if it moves voluntarily more than 5 feet.
Wilfred considers ramming into the demon grinder and joining the flight. But, he takes the ironmaidens warning to heart. Instead, he looks around the demon grinder and scouts the horizon for any more trouble. "Let me know if you need me to jump over there!"
Ironmiaden once again opens up the lightning floodgates and sends a flash across the, now much shorter, expanse between the Tormentor and the hostile demon grinder, targeting the bloodied wereboar harassing the gallus both bolts strike at the boar causing a palpable bacon smell in the air. (11 to hit, +5 from flash of inspiration, 16 to hit, 8 lightning damage, then 21 to hit for another 5 lightning. Plus an extra 6 lightning damage of the creature has been hit)
Reed watches the bolts of energy toast up the one wereboar nice and crispy. He smiles as the odds even up for Roo.
With the energetic gallus distracting the remaining wereboar, Reed doesn’t bother holding himself still. The distraction should provide advantage enough.
He sights quickly and lets an arrow fly at the last enemy.
