Rusty snaps out of his investigation to see Reed gone, and hear the sounds of groaning and the disgusting crunch of teeth over flesh.
"Oh shoot, I know I just saw Reed here somewhere... Reed, hey man, it's not safe alone in here alone, man!"
He has struggled between really liking Reed's easy going nature, and being suspicious of all the stuff that seems to be happening with Reed that he hasn't had real good explanations for. One thing is for sure though, not only do they have a nephew to find and an evil wizard to put down, they have to stick together as a team and that also means not letting Reed out of his sight for any more shenanigans!
"Honey, I need you to protect the others and make sure to lead them down this ding dang hole after me as soon as you can! Here, I'll help a bit to make it quick!"
Rusty runs toward the open tomb, stops when he is in eyesight of Bubri, pulls out his "Smithy & Wesson" tool, his "Smith Army Knife" if you will, and flips a few switches, until it shoots a paint bubble out into the open that pops and splashes neon color everywhere, making whatever it touches glow brightly. (This is Faerie Fire, and everyone in the square I made on the map, including Bubri, will need to meet or beat a Dex Save of 15 or they will glow with dim light and make them easier to hit.) After, he jumps down the stairwell, dark vision attuning to the dim light.
--Any attack roll against an affected creature or object has advantage if the attacker can see it, and the affected creature or object can't benefit from being invisible.--
Honey will then move into the area and start protecting Bubri by lashing out mechanical claws at the creature to his 6, motioning with his snout over and over to move back to the mausoleum.
A rainbow spray of neon paint jets over an entire area, creating colorful splotches on the otherwise greyish graveyard grass.
Two of the zombies manage to lurch out of the way. Ugly Betty (Yellow circle), and Johnny Rotten (pink circle) are affected, covered in dayglo paint. If attacking those two, you will have advantage on the attack.
Bubri please roll a dexterity throw.
Honey unalives one of the unliving in front of Bubri.
(Editing my turn, as it didn't match the current layout. Thanks for the picture!)
Ort rushes over to Bubri's aid (ending up standing directly south of him) and swings his greataxe with his next motion, bringing it down on the unlucky zombie in yellow (Ugly Betty).
Ort lunges over to the multicolored Bubri, now spattered in dayglo paint. (Ort had advantage on the attack on Ugly Betty because of the faerie fire paint) but 18 hits and fells Ugly Betty, who screams in a gutteral growl, her body beginning to disintegrate into blackened ash, then mist.
As the body of Ugly betty cries and falls dead in front of you, all of you in the area see an image, as her body turns to mist. The image is a face that only one of you recognizes.
Bubri, for a split second, in the vaporizing ash mist, you see the face of your Uncle. Sarug, now a powerful Necromancer. The mist turns to smoke, and smells like the burning of opium incense.
Bubri can also use his held action to heal Bubri. Bubri please roll for healing Ort.
Sputtering and coughing up paint-colored spit all over himself and Ort, Bubri squishes a wet, psychedelically bright hand onto Ort's stomach (finishes his prepared action of Cure Wounds to the tune of 14 hp), not taking his eyes off the white-ringed zombie as he trembles with nerves.
"I-I-I've never been this close to a monster!"
Bubry clumsily swings at the white-ringed zombie with is mace. 13 to hit, 8 damage if it hits.
The spiritual kriss floats toward and slashes at Ugly Betty (nat 1 to hit :[ )
Ort please heal yourself on your character sheet for 14.
F icon stands for faerie fire attacks against those with this have advantage. One of the zombies is also blinded.
Bubri you spin around and slash at Bernice with your mace, cutting between the neck and shoulder.
Bubri, your spiritual weapon flies towards the smoke, and slashes through it, but finds no purchase. The smoke, and the face of your uncle dissipate into the wind as your spiritual weapon cleaves it in half.
Reed slowly backs away from what lies beyond the open tomb, spotting Rusty as they cross paths. The Warlock brings a finger to his lips, indicating that they need to be quiet, and whispers, "Well, I've got good news and bad news:
"The good news is that there are no zombies down here as far as I can see...and I'm pretty sure that Bubri's nephew came down this way. The bad news is that there appear to be several giant-sized spider creatures down here instead, guarding their nest or something. I'm holding them off for now, but I really think we need Ort and the others to get past them. Otherwise, we're never going to find the kid. Are the others still up there destroying zombies?"
OOC: Can I switch my screen view to where I am (vs the graveyard) so I can try to see how to instruct my newly summoned tentacle before taking the rest of my turn?
Bernice from the Upper east side lunges towards Bubri and bites him (rolled 19 with advantage) right on his neon orange neck for six damage. Then goes to scratch the Bubri's arm but misses.
Diane von Rottenberg attacks honey at disadvantage (blinded) with a bite attack which misses and then slashes against Honey for 2 damage.
Johnny Rotten attacks Honey with a bite and slash attack as well. The bit misses, but the slash gouges between two of the plates of armor that Honey has on their front shoulderblade (nat 20) for 8 damage.
Bubri and Rusty please remove the HP from your character's sheets.
Rusty is afraid to leave Reed alone and unprotected but he knows if he doesn't bring the others and get the party back together it could be Signorama (or whatever that word is) for all of them!
Knowing that Ort won't just willingly leave one battle unless there's a greater one ahead, he turns and scrambles back up the stairs, his little feet slipping in the damp deep later of slime and spider... Something! Trying not to think of that as his hands dip into it to steady himself and keep climbing, he focuses on finding the small ridges to gain purchase and speed up.
At the top of the stairs he hollars to the group... "Hey Ort, there's a bunch of giant spiders down here. Bet I can kill more of them than you! Then he gives a series of special whistles to Honey to get him to finish his business and follow.
With that accomplished he uses his action to dash, well slide mostly, back down towards Reed.
Honey will react by retaliating with force rending claws, thick with zombie ichor at this point, against Johnny Rotten. After that he will head towards the stairs and get as far as he can. Even if it means taking an opportunity attack.
Ort snarls at the challenge and brings his axe down in one final cleave full of annoyance on Bernice's head.
25 to hit
10 damage
For his extra action he whirls around, dashing towards the mausoleum and the stairs after Rusty, in his deep gravelly voice, "No, no, no, no, no! I claim the honor of those foes!"
Hoping that Rusty's 50 ft of movement is enough to get him back into the tomb...!
Reed sees Rusty drop back in through the hole in the tomb. He wonders to himself, "What's taking everyone so long to get down here?" Although that gets him to wonder, "how is everyone -- Ort, Bubri, Bastian, Honey -- going to fit?? This crawlspace is already cramped enough with just him and Honey!
"Rusty, we're not all going to fit in here. We have to make room. I'll--I'll go first."
Sighing, he realizes he needs to make room for the rest of the party and inches out to the entrance.
He brandishes his sword (holding his action to attack if an enemy comes within 5 feet), he uses his Bonus Action to mentally command his tentacle to attack (w/disadvantage) the nearest opponent within 5 feet of him.
Natural 1 on the tentacle attack -- I'm not even going to bother rolling damage!

Reed, I've switched maps, go ahead.

I use my bonus action to blindly have my tentacle attack anything within its 10-foot range.
It rolls a 9 (+6) = 15 total to hit.
If hits, the attack does (8+3 =) 11 damage total + plus target is slowed by 10 ft.
That's all for my turn! I forgo my standard action as I'm waiting for the rest of the party to join me and Rusty!
Reeds tentacle lashes out and hits one of the spiders for 11 damage.
