Xan takes a moment to evaluate the conditions.  Distance to bandits, where the other bandits are hiding and how many.  Are the bandits human, elf.

With a 12. The 5 you can see are all human. Your not sure about those in the woods their number or their race.

"You fools... Do you know who we are? Do you know the creatures we hunt in these woods? Come then, face our wraith and perish if that's what you want of course.." He glares at the group of humans as he tries to intimidate them: 15

Jetsam is up.

Jetsam darts his sword and dagger in and out, trying to take the bandit captain down. (Also I’m action surging)

Jetsam darts in so quick the Bandit Captain (who also got a nat 20 on into lol) is just a bit to slow to react. Your first 3 attacks hit home but he uses his reaction to perry the 4th and he twists away from the 5th.

Countering he attacks with his scimitar and dagger.

Muriel, seeing Jetsam being attacked, shouts, "Dont count me out!" She then dashes towards the bandit captain and stabs at him with her spear and spends a ki point for a flurry of blows.

A volley of arrows comes from the forest.

Of the 5 arrows 2 hit Jetsam. With a 18 and a 20. For 7 damage

1 hits Muriel with an 18 for 5 damage.

Xan  will attack BC1 or 2 with Eldritch blasts.

Xan will move to find cover, if available within 30ft.

Tommy will send in birdie to distract BC2 then shoot twice.
