Runt takes advantage of the Vampire's distracted state and buries her axe into the Vampire back, hacking away at it like the vampire was a wooden door. Blood splatters all across the floor and the vampire is left covered in her own black blood and mangled. However she still stands.
Meanwhile Runt stands in the smoke and fire, her skin burns from the heat. (Check the next post for damage numbers)
Elsara spins her sword as lightning crackles down it and swings it forward, making a lasso of lightning in her approach towards the nearest helmed horror. She then lunges with the sword as a follow up attack, the blade flickering with shadowy light as she calls upon her prior battle's memories. (If it fails the LL, pulled to Elsara. Otherwise, continue moving towards it)
Movement: Move to H2. If Lightning Lure fails, continue to K2. Bonus Action: Focus Riley's Spirit to cast Shadow Blade into the scimitar. [Concentrating] Action:Attack with cantrip added in.
Lightning Lure vs. Helmed Horror 1: DC 14 Strength Saving throw, taking 5 lightning damage on a failure, and pulled to I2. Scimitar vs. Helmed Horror 1:17 vs. AC. Hit:9 slashing damage, plus 2 poison damage, plus 5. psychic damage.
Elsara moves up and launches a whip of lightning. The electric whip latches on to the Helmed Horror1. It shocks the construct and then pulls it toward Elasra. She attempts to skewer the imminently approaching Horror. However the construct puts its shield in between itself and Elsara and her scimitar tip clanks off against the shield.
The vampire is pissed but has a moment of clarity, watching the house burn down around her and the constructs being on the back foot. She says, "**** this. I'm getting out of here. Constructs! Cover my escape!" She then disengages and runs out of the room, going through the double doors on the east wall. The Animated Armor2 moves south to stand in front of the double doors. It launches two more bolts at Deva to provide covering fire. The bolts of course just hit the furniture.
The Horned Helm2 moves up to provide just that much more defense for the fleeing Vampire Maid. It winds back before making two vertical chops at Runt with its sword. One of the swings hit the burning table, making a cracking noise while the second swing hit hits Runt's forearm, creating a cut.
The fire continues to spread around, both on the ceiling and on the table. The chair that was pushed up against the table due Val's bigger size in his wolf form catches fire from the table and that same fire burns Val as well. The chair falls apart and now there's a flame around Val's feet. Runt continues to burn from standing in the fire on top of the table.
No perception is required the Vampire is currently off the map at P5 (Will extend the map should you decide to chase her still).
Due to the presence of the other enemies like the Helmed Horror and your large size, you are having to move through their space. Homebrew rules on moving through enemy space is that it costs 3x movement. So you will need to dash in order to get into melee of the Vampire due to the increased movement cost. This will also trigger AoO from both the Helmed Horror and the Animated Armor. Do you still wish to chase?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Elsara is going to focus on her helmed horror in order to try and thin numbers.
Scimitar vs. Helm Horror 1:17 vs. AC. Hit:8 slashing damage, plus 5 poison damage, plus 9 psychic damage. BoomingBlade vs. Helm Horror 1:15 vs. AC. Hit:11 slashing damage, plus 4 poison damage, , plus 8 psychic damage, plus 4 thunder damage, and additional 10 thunder damage if it moves more than 5 feet before Elsara's next turn.
(Creatures can squeeze if that helps Val)
Squeezing into a Smaller Space
A creature can squeeze through a space large enough for a creature one size smaller than itself. When squeezing through such a space, the creature’s speed is halved. While squeezing, a creature has disadvantage on attack rolls and Dexterity saving throws, and attack rolls against it have advantage.
( I will chase her risking their AoO and using dash. Not squeezing if possible. Enough is for them to attack Val for free let's not get them advantage on top of that hahaha )
((I did not consider squeezing when you technically would have space but that space is occupied by enemies. With Squeezing Val would be able to make it to the Vampire but he'd still trigger AoO from the constructs. Unless using an Action to disengage of course. Then he won't be able to attack the vampire though.))
EDIT: Disregard the last part. I redid calculations. Squeezing doesn't help get Val within melee of the Vampire without Dash sadly.
Val chases after the Vampire while the constructs try to stop him from chasing the Maid. The Helmed Horror swings with its long sword hitting Wolf Val's hip. The other animated armor reaches with its hand to try and grapple Val however the dire wolf is too strong. Val runs right through the double doors and end up face to heel with the Vampire. The swivel doors slowly close back behind him.
Elsara focuses on the fight with the Helmed Horror1. She makes quick nimble jabs into the construct, hitting both. Sadly, being a uncaring, unfeeling machine, it seems to be immune to the poison and the psychic damage. However it isn't immune to the crimson blade of the Blood Sabre, which punctures the chest plate of the construct.
(Disengage not necessary as the constructs have already taken a reaction. However Val is blocking the way to the Vampire itself. Do you attempt to pass through Val's space (2x cost of movement; can't stop in occupied space)
Runt rushes after the vampire. She pulls open the doors and has to squeeze between Val and the walls but she manages to come to the Vampire. This leaves Elsara and Deva in the room with the constructs and the fire.

Devarus started to look ready to go dive after the pair, but a glance in the direction of the spreading fire is enough to quiet the thought. "Hate to say it, Ms. Elsara. But we might want to pull back and find away around the flames, before the floor gives way again." He called while slipping forward and trying to get a bead on the armored figures to the back past the flames. As soon as he had it and at the cost of an extra bolt, he tries to put two into the armored minions before falling back to some safety.
"Ms. Ruu! Give her all you got!" He yelled over the crackle of flames and the din of combat in ready trade of his own strength to bolster her spirit.
Runt finds a new target for her rampage. She swings with reckless presicion at the vampire.
