Flying Sword AoO vs Val (f2 had spent the reaction but f1 didn't): 6 =Missed=
Val runs forward, squeezing past the flying swords that swing at him but the blades scrape against his armor and do no damage. He pushes open the door the Vampire escaped through and goes down the stairs to stand face to face with the Maid.
Elsara's turn (Waiting for clarification on what you're going to do since the door was closed)
Elsara quickly grabs the staff before teleporting out and running into the other hall. The animated armor tries to punch her down but it is way too slow for the nimble elf. Now the constructs turn their attention to the half orc that just appeared. The animated armor takes aim and shoots a crossbow bolt straight into Runt's back. The horrors raise their swords and begin hacking away at Runt. With more attacks than she can reasonably block, she has gashes cut open on various parts of her body.
The flying sword quickly moves up to Val and slashes across the druid's back. The Vampire says with a hiss, "Fine! If you won't leave me alone, I'll just use you as a snack!" She grabs Val and bites into his neck, draining some blood and empowering herself. Then the maid drags Val down the stairs and into the cellar. It was dark and cluttered with crates, shelves and wine racks. It was quite cramped as well.
The fire spreads fast across the ceiling. The fires on the north wall continues to spread and now even the floor is burning in flame. From a combination of the heat, the embers in the air and the fire from the burning debris that was once the large dinning table, the last three chairs also catch fire and collapse into flames. That's not all that burn though. The embers from the flaming south wall and the ceiling fall on the carpet and set it ablaze as well. Smoke fills the room and makes Runt's eyes water but she powers through the discomfort. Finally with a loud crack, another bit of burning roof falls on the ground.
Runt will disengage and run back through the door (or as much as she can towards it) now that Elsara is out of direct harm. She pays little attention to the ever increasing wounds she is yet again gaining.

Devarus almost glanced back at the way he came but is forced to abandon the motion with he flying blade in his face. "Out of the way!" He barks and fires point blank once more at the flying sword before him. If it should at last to the first shot, then it is without missing a beat that he rushes for the next one, calling out before coming around the bend, "Hold on, Valwyrn! I will be with you in moments!"
Action: Attack w/ Scattershot in melee. Scattershot #1 - To Hit: 20 For: 7 non-magical piercing damage to f2. Scattershot #2 - To Hit: 14 For: 15 non-magical piercing damage to f2. (if f2 is downed by the first shot, he'll move up to shoot f1 from r10)
Movement: Hustle over to R-10 (w/ F2's fall before spending remaining to reach P-10 if F1 follows suit).
Bonus Action: Improved Fall Back to reach M-10(if F-1 is also defeated).

Deva decides to take the Spray-and-pray approach with the sword in front of him. He releases two blasts of darts in the space in front. Though half of what he fired missed, the half that did hit was enough to break the sword into pieces. Deva then runs up behind the second sword. Runt meanwhile retreats back into the hall, now abandoning the burning room altogether. She hops through the flames to avoid going the long way around. She goes in and out of the fire so quickly that she manages to get through unharmed.

He then begins to grow and turn into a big saber tooth tiger. The gash on his back and the puncture wound of the bite seems to heal as he changes. He growls back at the maid.
(BA turn into a saber-tooth tiger and use a 2nd lvl slot to heal 5)
(I guess they can still use that healing if they use their action to turn instead of the BA. No healing and one lvl 2 slot back to Val elf form. Let’s see if the vampire can stand the Sabre-tooth form too hahaha)
Val blasts the Vampire with a powerful thunderwave. It pushes the crate that was north of Val away but the Vampire still holds on. Even when Val becomes a large tiger in the small confined space of the basement stairs, the Vampire maintains a tight grip on his fur.
Elsara staggers through the passageway, managing to twirl and shove the staff behind the handles of her backpack to keep it on her back for the moment, allowing one hand to be free for now. She begins to reach for a potion in her pouch, but almost bumps into Devarus as she notices the animated sword at the bend, blocking their path. Quickly changing tactic, she swipes her sword, attempting to erupt thunderous energies into it.
(Move to R-11. Manipulate object to "stow" staff. Action to attack/cantrip)
Scimitar vs. Flying Sword 1:19 vs. AC. Hit:10 slashing damage, plus Unable to parse dice roll. poison damage.. BoomingBlade vs. Flying Sword 1:27 vs. AC. Hit:8 slashing damage, plus 3 poison damage, plus 6 thunder damage, and additional 11 thunder damage if it moves more than 5 feet before Elsara's next turn.
Elsara moves in and strikes the blade of the floating sword with her own scimitar. With a loud clang, the flying sword gets knocked to the ground. However it gets up again and just in time to float around Elsara's second swing. Footsteps can be heard as the Helmed Horrors retreat. They are machines and don't feel fear so it's more likely they are going to try and find a different path to the party. The Vampire sees the others slowly coming to her so she lets go of Val and drops in the small space between a crate, a shelf and the stairs they were wrestling on. Then she slams the door to the basement and drops the wooden bar to secure it shut.
The fire spreads and now, almost the whole ceiling is on fire and much of the ground as well. With another crashing sound, more burning ceiling collapses and now blocks the door, preventing the party from returning the way they came in. The Animated Armor managed to get a quick shot into Runt's back before it was forced to roll out of the way of the ceiling. While it managed to stop itself from getting crushed, the flames around it finally starts heating and melting its metal exterior.

Seeing that their target tries to escape, Valwaryn uses Devarus words and his nimble nature to move across the flying swords and rushes behind her.
"We need to capture her" she says to Devarus "She will know where they are..."
Worried for Elsara she had to trust her and Runt to deal with the constructs.
