Helmed Horror3 dash to the door. Tries to open with free action, Auto-fails because Deva is holding it shut. No action to try and push through. Helmed Horror 3 falls back to move out of the way (S14)

Door at U20 opens, damaged Helmed Horror2 arrives with Heavy Crossbow Animated Armor6
Runt chops the flying sword and with a loud boom, the sword breaks into two. The Door Deva was holding shut shakes as Helmed Horror3 shoulder-checks the Door but bounces back. The sound of clanging metal can be heard as the constructs take position behind the door. Animated Armor4 tries to force the door open but Elsara and Deva manage to keep a grip on the door and keep it shut. The door the party passed by on their way to the second floor slams open and the battered form of Helmed Horror2 enters the hall, leading Crossbow wielding Animated Armor reinforcements.
The fire continues to burn the house down. This is a bit more literal than metaphorical as the party hears the loud crashing noise coming from some other room in the mansion.

Deva opens the door and finds a long hallway that bends north sharply, preventing him from seeing what's there. At the spot where the long hall bends, there is a door to the west and a south door. The south door undoubtedly leads back to the trophy room that Deva was holding shut not too long ago.
"Ffff-okay old man. Home stetch." With a grunt of pain, Devarus continues to barrel down the hallway on the double and even almost on the triple! Although he nearly stumbles a long the way while trying to keep the shoulder vampire balanced.
(Using remaining movement, action to dash, and bonus action on improved fall back to move to K-9 or as close to that as possible)

Runt dashes right up behind Deva. Val shoots and his arrow breaks against the heavy steel body of the horror. Shooting the armor used up a bunch of Val's time and prevented him from getting very far, just being able to reach a turn to be in eyesight of Deva and Runt.
Elsara runs at full sprint and catches up to Deva and Runt. That leaves Val lagging behind, a fact that the constructs take full advantage of. While Helmed Horror 3 and Animated Armor5 run back through the trophy room to try and cut off the fleeing party, they can't quite make it. Helmed Horror4 runs out of the door that Deva had held shut a few moments ago and runs up to Val. It unleashes two swings of its sword, slashing across Val's face. Animated Armor4 with its polearm is not too far behind. It thrusts from behind Helmed Horror4. One of the hits catches Val in the shoulder while the other leaves a grisly wound straight on his neck, causing the elf to spurt out a ton of blood. Then the severely damaged Helmed Horror2 clanks up behind the halberd wielding armor. Finally The last animated armor runs up the stairs, barely getting into shooting distance of Val. It fires a shot. The shock of the shot causes the whole crossbow to rattle. The bolt cuts through the air and strikes Val square in the chest, blowing a hole through the druid and sticking to the wall behind him. Val goes down.
