This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Mister Val!" Elsara skids to a halt, pirouetting and dashes back the other way. "Keep the passageway clear!" She tells the other two as she rushes to Val's aid, grabbing her healing potion from her pouch. "I hope this works."She uncorks it and attempts to feed it to the downed druid before turning her attention back to the animated enemies on their trail.
Action: Administer potion to Val for 8 hit points Movement: 40' to U-20 Manipulate Object: Pull potion from pouch
(Ready to shield oncoming attacks from around the corner if needed. She's still in bladesong, and has a 1st level spell slot left for such an emergency.)
Coughing the elf takes a deep breath and looks up to Elsara. With a shy smile and a grateful look but recognizing the dire situation in which they are, Val rolls over his back to try to use both his arms and legs to stand and look for cover behind his friends.
"That was... unexpected and too close, thanks little sister... "he manages to say as they start walking back out of danger " I truly hope this place burns to the ground with all of this things with it..."
( As discussed on the PM, Action Disengage; Move, away from any potential danger and as far as possible towards the rest BA, half cry half swear about this dammed house ;) )
Devarus looked back worried at first, but seeing Van back on his feet left him at least a bit relieved for all of two seconds. "We're gonna get separated at this rate. Nevermind the smoke and fire." He groused, looked back and forth between his more full blooded elven kina nd the way ahead before groaning in frustration. "Be on guard, Ms. Ruu. Those red ones are a clever bunch." Devarus hustles further down the hall, and against his better judgement, tries the door at the end, hoping beyond hope at this point that salvation was yet at hand for them.
Movement: Rush over to I-20.
Free Action to open door at H-20.
Action & Bonus Action: TBD based on what's visible beyond the door.

Deva runs over and opens the door in front of him. The bad news is that it doesn't lead to an exit. The good news is that it doesn't lead to more foes but rather, to a small storage closet. The walls are lined with shelves and small boxes and stools under the shelves, leave not much room to stand in or move. However, Deva does see a few potion bottles on a small table inside.
Moving where he did wasn't a total loss. Deva can now see where the rest of the hallway lead thanks to his new position. The hallway stretched north to a wall. At the north end, to the west was another flight of stairs going up. About halfway down this hallway on the east wall was a set of ornate double doors. The mahogany wood double doors have carvings of small fairies, flowers, birds and bees on it.
Deva has so far spent 10ft of movement and a Free Action this turn. What does he do with his remaining 20ft movement + Action + BA.
Although torn by indecision for another second more, Devarus ultimately double downs on the original plan of finding an exit. So with that in mind, he rushes headlong for the stairs with 'the package' in hand, hopeful in the others eventually either keeping up or holding on long enough for his return with news.
(OOC: Spending remaining movement, action to dash, and bonus action on improved fall back to reach and get up as much of the stairs as possible.)

Val runs and nearly catches (missed this part when I posted the previous update) up to Deva and Runt.
Deva then runs down the hall to the north and up the stairs and manages to get to those "Half-floors" that stairs have. The second half of the flight of stairs continue going up and end in a large balcony area. (Not reflected properly in the map because the map is 2D trying to show a 3D space.) The balcony has black cloth pitched over it like a tent, making loose "Walls and roofs" where there normally would be none. This is clearly to stop the sunlight. The cloth is nailed to the actual walls of the mansion and the railings. Some sunlight is entering the balcony through the narrow gaps in the railing but it's so little that it doesn't pose any problem to vampires. The cloth isn't nailed too tightly to the railings so one can lift it and jump over the railing should one wish to jump from the 3rd floor balcony. That's all Deva can see/guess about the balcony. There might be more doors or more ladders or more stairs up there but he'd have to enter the balcony to figure know.
(How plausible is it that Runt can just start punching human sized holes in the walls ? Intention is to make a straight line through the walls that eventually leads outside or atleast away from the fire faster.)

Grianne Wildpaw: Wood Elf Druid level 12 (8W-4L)- - Coliseum of Conquest: Master of Faerie Fire. Just don't ask her to spell it.

Runt, the Stormchosen: Half-Orc barbarian level 5 -- The Guild
((I.... would not advise trying to punch holes in the wall. But you can certainly try. Roll Attack with the weapon you're using (No damage) if you want to try. Also in case anyone wants to boost attack somehow, you can't benefit from Reckless attack here. Though I'm telling you to roll a Weapon Attack, it's being treated as an ability Check. So things that give you advantage to attacks don't apply.))
Runt presses herself against the lower door and holds it shut to prevent the Helmed Horror3 and Animated Armor4 from coming through. There's loud banging on the door and metallic clang as the deadlier of the two constructs try to force the door open. However, Runt with her barbaric rage manages to keep the Door shut. Then comes the sound of wood being chopped as Animated Armor4 begins chopping the door down with its poleaxe. The door still stands though it is now a bit thinner than it was a few seconds ago.
The other constructs reposition and begin a barrage of attacks on Elsara. The Blade singer dodges the sword swings and two of the awkward Halberd slashes. However the dented and nearly wrecked Helmed Horror two moves right in front of the elf and makes a deadly accurate sword thrust. Elsara quickly raises a magic barrier to force the otherwise unerring blow to be deflected to the side. The heavily damaged form combined with the sudden jolt of the sword being knocked to the side, causes the Helmed Horror2 to jam up and unable to make its 2nd attack (No mechanical thing happened. It's just flavor for the second attack being a NAT1).
The fire continues to spread through the halls and begins climbing down the stairs to the basement. This... could be bad based on what's inside the basement.
Devarus' wide smile fades with a moan of exasperation upon side-eying the vampress in hand. "Great! Another problem! Guys! GUYS!! I have an exit up here! A bit of a jump, but I don't think we want to be around for any longer! So get your butts up here as soon as you can!" He fell back just a short 10 ft back down the stairs to try and make sure he was heard, before doubling back to the balcony. From there he laid the vampire down to start pulling the curtains down on top of her to stop rolling her up in the sheets.
(To ZulkRS: if the movement isn't really necessary or can be just flavor that's fine with me. But as every bit of action economy on hand, Devarus will spend it wrapping the vampire up to cover any exposed skin. If he has any movement after that he'll spend it straddling the balcony rails if any, but not quite move to hop out just yet.)
