Elsara successfully stabilizes the dying goblins. Another goblin takes the bucket and pours it on the fire before rushing back to the well to get more water.

Vlad says, "Damn those bastards. It's like they want their families to get killed by bandits."

(Please let us know at which point the rest of us arrive, since we had planned to take the one we captured to Vlad. I assume if nofixed a fire at that location, we may start to move more quickly.)

 Once Elsara knows the goblins aren't going to die outright, she'll attempt to suppress the flames spreading while the next bucket is on its way back; either with Prestidigitation or using more natural means, such as trying to throw dirt of fan the flames with her cloak.

Folki will act as an aerial fire helicopter, going to and from the well and dropping the water onto the building

Hunin will use what he can and start by doing addressing small areas withPrestidigitation if he is noticing that is not as effective as what others are doing he would switch to kicking dirt or searching for a bucket to help get some water as well.

If the masked bandits targeted by Vlad's crossbow are still within sight when Gendan arrives, she'll give chase in that direction. Dropping the tied up one near the unconscious goblins. 

They are still in view. As you run Vlad warns you that it might not be a good idea. They might have something up their sleeve.

Gendan runs after the group of 3 masked men. They notice her and say, "We need to lose her!". One of them lobs a glass orb close to Gendan's location. What does Gendan do?

Also, the rest of you are proving to be successful in your attempts. The fire will not spread (The base is a bit spaced from other houses so even if no one did anything, the fire wouldn't spread to anywhere except maybe the forest if you guys are unlucky) and you will have the whole thing put out in about 30 minutes.

Once the fire is extinguished Val will look into any wounded and try to heal them. 

(Magic needed? Medicine check?)

Most of the wounded are stable. They will recover in about 1 Hours.

 You can get them up by casting spells. I think 1 is knocked out while the other two are hurt but still standing. Healing spells would cure them.

After checking them and making sure the wounded are comfortable he will adress Vladimir
