"I feel we would be remiss in not lingering despite our other business." Devarus replied, casually turning away from the rat. "That said, learning of his interest, which in hindsight, perhaps we should've over tea time last time, would be a good start. For surely whatever holds him here is but a flight of fancy considering the incident that brought him in the first place. And if so, it shouldn't take much convincing." He said.

"Well I think waiting here isn't going to do any good." Elsara agrees. "Let's go see what our two lords are up to."

Devarus looks to the others before shrugging to Elsara in defeat. "Sure thing, Ms. Elsara. Hard to solve anything without eventually cutting to the truth of the matter. We already know some of the worst case scenarios. Now to hope for the best, and get some answers." Devarus gets to his feet if not already on it, using the nearby bedpost to help along the way. "Lead on."

((Sorry for not posting. Had some really stressful days. Probably should have said so sooner. That was my bad. Anyway I'm back now.))

You head off to look for the two lords. Which one are you going to try and find first? Vlad or Victor?

 (I cannot for the life of me remember if we even know where Victor's room is. lol. But Dev's vote would be Victor first.)

Alright so you guys are heading to Victor. Sadly you don't know where Victor is. How are you going to find him?

"If we don't know where he is I could try to track him by his scent... if I turn into my wolf form. But I fear that the animated suits of armor would see me as a threat... and we have the same situation as last night..." Val smirks

"I mean, so long as you didn't go running off, and that the rest of us are with you, it should be fine." Devarus counters, smirking as well. "Besides, its not as if we necessarily know where the lord is at the moment either. Nor does he have many sentient servants it would seem for that matter. So, its not as if we have many options. Only assumptions. So, let's give the tracking one a shot."

Val nods and turns into his white wolf form. He then start to sniff the floor trying to locate Victor's scent.

The armors see Val transform and run off to inform Vlad. 3 more armors show up meanwhile to attack the wolf.

Devarus facepalm seeing the armor's reaction. At that point, even not fully knowing how the constructs worked, it was clear enough they had only a rudimentary understanding of things. But be that as it may, he wasn't about to let them start pummeling the wolf, and by extension Val when he transformed back like last time, without putting some bolts into the irksome armor. So, he stepped up, ready to draw scattershot while shielding the wolf.

(Unless others got oher ideas, I guess its time to roll initiative again? Rolling just in case Dev's initiative: 5.)

(Apologies for late post. IRL stuff suddenly came up.)

Would Elsara have enough time to attempt to disable the first suit of armour, given it worked last time? (Hopefully to prevent it alerting the other suits and Lord Vladimir again, they don't need another fiasco like last night.)

Hmm... Yeah you can try to do it.

"Not again." Elsara swings her hand, temporarily disabling the suit of armour through her magic. "You're gonna cause a ruckus again. We could've just asked the staff to direct us."

"Staff? Ask what staff to direct us?" Devarus asked appearing genuinely confused. It could be the old age talking, but he could not recall anyone having such script magics at their disposal. But then again he only remember and knew so much about the stuff. Most of it coming roughly innate, and the rest being taught or overheard in stories. "If you have something capable of such divination magic Ms. Elsara, then perhaps now might be the time to use it?"

(OH! Staff as in personnel, not staff as in the item! Lol! You know what though, Devarus is just dumb enough to get that confused, so sticking with what's been said. In fact, I went back and even enhanced the silliness)

Val turns back into  his elven form

"I told you!" he says "Stupid suits of armor I am a guest here!!" he seems really bothered this time. (dodge action) 

When he turns back into elf form though the Armor's seem to stop their attack and go back to guarding the place like nothing happened.
